Scoops, peeking his head out from behind a tree, watches as Sarah and Waylon watch a man gathering weapons from a night. Feeling this situation is too risky for his mild manneredness, he simply sneaks off in the opposite direction and back toward the grassy meadow. Fighting off the allergens in the air, Callahan decides to head in the one direction no one else has gone...off toward the west! With nothing but a grassy hill in the distance, Callahan feels confident that he'll find something to help everyone with this situation.

Waylon sees the knights approach, and quickly tosses his joint away. He looks over to Sarah, and when he sees the look on her face, he begins to get scared.
Waylon:What you think these guys want?
Waylon ducks down, trying not to be seen, but it is difficult with his tall frame.

John notices Waylon and Sarah watching him gather his weapons as he yells out.
John: yo Cash, you wanna team up in this place, two country boys could watch each others backs. Maybe I'll supply the food, you share the pot.
John walks towards them and extends his hand

As John Thomas approaches, it draws the knight's attention that way as well.
Sarah: Shit! [/i]
Sarah looks at Waylon with a sense of urgency.
Sarah: Gimmie your knife, they haven't spotted me yet. [/i]
She was of course, smaller in size and was very much out of sight of the knights. She extends her hand for the knife, giving Waylon a nod that she would get them out of this.
"Halt I say!" [/i]
The knights repeat as one of them draws his sword, approaching John and Waylon now. Sarah anxiously waits for the knife so she can attempt to fix this.

John notices the knights coming towards them, and opts to pull a Bowie knife out of the back of his jeans, preparing to do whatever he has to.
He numbers under his breath John : come on, someone make a move.
The knights continue to move in

John Gable watches from a distances (watching the watchers watch). He couldn't believe it, either it is the best renaissance fair he had ever seen or his greatest wish has come true. He has finally been sent back in time. Now he could finally test his acting skills. He grabbed his duffle bag and pulled out an old costume he stole from a small stint on an off-Broadway musical where he played an evil wizard.
John Gable: What are the odds?
He pulls out a prop book and some smoke bombs
John Gable: I'll watch the events progress first.

(OOC: Waylon had to run so per him to keep things flowing)
Waylon hands her the knife and she quickly moves away from the two men as the knights approach. Without haste she pulls the laces from one of her boots and uses it to tie the knife to the end of a long branch.
Meanwhile, the knights are aggressively upon Waylon and John. They notice the sword and cross-bow in John's possession and red flags go up for them.
"You are hereby under arrest at the behest of the King! Come peacefully or there shall be bloodshed!"[/i]
Sarah hears what is going on, and she acts quickly. She moves quietly around to flank the knights and remaining as quiet as possible, she extends the branch with the knife tied to the end and uses the point of the blade to harshly poke the horse in its rear. This causes the animal to buck upward, tossing the knight from his perch. The other knight as well is knocked over as the horse nearly tramples him to run off.
As Waylon and John are there to deal with the knights immediately, Sarah grabs hold of the long bow, which had fall to the ground after the horse bucked. Having an archery range at her home in L.A., she was a pretty damn good shot. She knotches an arrow and draws the bow string back, aiming it at the knights.
Sarah: Back off![/i]
She smirks a bit at Waylon and John, who now had free reign to grab hold of the fallen swords.

John picks up one of the swords.
John: thanks for saving my ass Sarah. I should have known better than to draw attention like that.
John looks around.
John o.k., what's next

John Gable's excitement dropped as he saw Sarah take control and gain the advantage. Completely taking the power out of his entry.
John Gable: Thunder stealer. I can't believe this.
John Gable keeps low as he moves close to the event.
John Gable: I can still make a grand entrance.

She keeps the two knights at arrow point. Her eyes narrowed at them and not once glancing away now.
Sarah: Remove your clothing...the both of you. Armor, everything.[/i]
Obviously, this request might have raised some questions, but it made perfect sense. She addresses both John and Waylon now.
Sarah: You too. Take off your clothes. Put the armor on, and give them your clothes. We need to blend in. [/i]
She was completely right of course. But...there were just two knights. That's alright, she had a plan for that as well.
Sarah: Take whatever currency they have. Gold, silver, dollars, whatever they're using, we need it. [/i]

John notices someone or something approaching and trying to keep low profile, then he goes back to dealing with the knights.
John: Does someone want to investigate the movement over there? Better yet, I got this.
John sets the Cross-bow, and leads it in the direction the noise and movement are coming from.. Then fires it.
John: ok, now to dispatch of these jokers
John does as Sarah says.
John: Still have one piece of business, I must find Vanessa.

Eric Price is shown waking later than most the others. He notices some are being confronted by knights and before he can be noticed, he quickly beats a hasty retreat.
Eric Price: What the ... knights, where am I?
As he walks, he notices what appears to be a nobleman in full regalia walking by.
Eric Price: Whatever this is, I better blend in and get a hold of the situation.
He quickly views the noblemen who is distracted and slowly sneaks up behind him, he places a chokehold on him and applies it as firmly as he can until he is passed out. He then takes his clothes and puts them on for himself.
Eric Price: Alright, with that out of the way, hey, that cliff could be suitable.
Eric notices a cliff near him that's pretty deep and lands in water. He drags the unconscious body and holds it over the cliff. He looks down at it and thinks.
Eric Price: It's either me or you. See you in hell you bastard.
Eric kicks the unconscious nobleman down the cliff as he quickly walks away to try and get hold of just where he is.
Eric Price: All right, time to blend in and figure out where I am. I better speak to some of the locals.

The knights reluctantly remove all of their gear and hand it over to Waylon and John. One of them cannot help but shout a warning to Sarah. Because well, obviously he wasn't very happy that she just got the better of them.
"You'll burn for this, witch!"[/i]
Sarah doesn't relent as she keeps the arrow focused at him, making sure they made no sudden movements. But, this did only enhance the ideas she had. Sarah also heard someone approaching from the bushes, but she wasn't about to take her focus off of the knights until they were tied up and no longer a threat.

John Gable froze in his stops.
John Gable (to himself): This fool is trying to kill me.
He took a deep breath and dropped to the ground.
John Gable: Wait what am I doing, they wouldn't attack me.
He jumped up in his wizards robe and had a makeshift staff.
John Gable: Just me, don't shoot me. Just thought I'd have some fun.

John assists in trying up the knights. Then he goes ahead and kicks one in the face knocking him out.
John : I had to do it.. Call it a little insurance plan on if he fucks up my boots.
He looks towards Sarah as she seems to be the leader

A short while later Scoops is slowly making his way up a large hill and now realizing the error of leaving everyone else behind.
Scoops Callahan: Seriously, who the hell thought it would be a good idea to put this hill here? As soon as we get back to 2012 I'm writing an article about how the Medieval Times was built by douchebags.
Finally he reaches the top of the hill and is overjoyed when he sees smoke rising from the center of what appears to be a small village. From where he stands he can see most of the buildings are made of straw, dirt and mud. There also seems to be a few people walking around the area. Seeing how they are dressed he looks down at his own clothes.
Scoops Calllahan: Hmm, I'm going to stick out like a sore thumb. I'm going to have to Medieval up a tad.
Scoops rips off his t-shirt, jeans, socks and shoes, leaving only his tighty whiteys. He then drops to ground and begins rolling in the dirt and mud, letting himself get as dirty as possible.
Scoops Callahan: There, that should do nicely. Let's just hope these guys speak English.
Scoops makes his way down the hill and toward the small village, completely unaware that it's full of murdering pillagers.

Sarah releases the tension on the bow string and removes the arrow, returning it to the quiver. She slings the bow and quiver over her should now that the guards are no longer a threat. She looks around, seeing the other John, dressed in some ridiculous get-up.
Sarah: I suppose that will work. [/i]
She shakes her head slightly, laughing a bit. But it doesn't last, she becomes serious once more.
Sarah: We need to head to the castle. There should be a village inside. Market even? How much money did they have? We'll need to buy supplies. [/i]
She looks at each of the men, who were all dressed to blend in....she was not. But, as I said, she had a plan for that anyway.
Sarah: Let's head to town....just remember one thing. Drop to the ground like a sack of potatoes when I signal you. Trust me, you'll know when the time is right. [/i]
That made no sense right now, but it would, eventually. Sarah was certain of it. In fact, she was counting on it.

John Gable: I doth not shake, I doth not quake. The feverish wonders of fate placeth us in such a fond redemption of a memory.
John Gable spoke in a very projected speech. His hands moving as if handing someone the words.
John Gable: This is exciting.
A giant grin grew on his face.

Waylon shrugs, which is considerably harder in full armor. He carries the sword, and follows Sarah, for lack of a better idea. At least now he is armed, and ready to fight if need be.
Waylon:I still wanna know what the hell is goin' on. If this is a renaissance festival, these people are committed to the gimmick.
A movement off to the side draws Waylon's attention, but it must have been an animal.
Waylon:This don;t look like no place I ever been.

Sarah narrows her eyes at John Gable and shakes her head in almost disgust.
Sarah: Are you retarded or something? Quit the Shakespeare shit and do something useful.[/i]
She looks around, knowing that they'd have to start off for the castle very soon. But they couldn't leave until they were all on the same page.
Sarah: You have any prop blood capsules Mr. actor? Something we can use? [/i]
She grew up in the shadow of Hollywood, so I mean if this guy was legit, he'd have to have "something" useful.
Sarah: Look, just remember, drop like a sack of potatoes when I give the signal. Our lives will probably depend on it.[/i]
