Im with CD. I dont really understand the importance of when you RP. We get until Sunday at 6:00. That is the deadline and that is when RPs have to be up by. This whole sandbagging issue is just silly. This isnt about "winning" a match each and every week for me, its about fun and being entertained. I know people like reading my stuff and that is what motivates me and if they have to wait until Sunday to read it then so be it. This week my opponent is Mikami and even though he posted before I did, we have faced so many other times before, I dont have to use his RP for a crutch when it comes to material. Complaining about when people RP or how they RP or how many times they RP in a day annoys the hell out of me. If you dont like how people do it, then change your strategy and post later. Also, this is a bad week to be complaining about stuff like this, because I'm sure some of us are much more worried about the quality of the stuff we put up for Ten instead of the Slam the week before. Some of us are looking to take out the World Champ next week and a meaningless Slam isn't exactly high on the RP priority list.

Yeah winning is fun and all, but I like to be able to entertain... Hell sometimes I spend 75% of my time writing my rps trying to be clever enough that y'all like it...

I hear ya Doc. My main focus here is not to necessarily win matches, but to know people are entertained and enjoy reading what I put out. I have been in feds where guys can write 20 page RPs and are World Champion because of it, but there stuff is mundane and boring.

Winning and losing is never an issue with me. I don't care if I win or lose, but the fact remains. I feel there should be only one rp on the day of the show.

If its not about winning and losing for you then why would you even say "take your win." I'm pretty damn sure that CD doesn't care about it and never even brought it up before. And that ends my comments on this board about this issue. |

People came in and disagreed. You argued back trying to prove their POV wrong. It didn't work. Hardly anyone aside from a couple of people trying to look at it from both sides agreed with you. Nearly everyone in this thread or the other that had their say said they were fine with the rule. Drop it now and go on with your WCF career and no one will give a shit about this a week from now. It's not going to be brought back up months from now, because everyone will forget about it. |

Chill out. He only gets two RPs. He had a fucking busy week. He never sandbagged, and even if he did, it's only two RPs. You RP Twice, he'll RP twice (says he won't even RP so what now?) and that's that. Read through his most recent RPs, obviously his RPs have sucked as of late so attack him there.
My god. Get over it.
