I'm not locking this basically because I don't want to be accused of shutting down criticism or whatever. The problem is that then I'm allowing drama but.. Another unpopular opinion but sometimes it's fine to let things out in the open just a little bit. To those of you saying "it's Seths fed and what he says goes!" I appreciate it!, but just to be clear, that never means I don't want criticism or push back or whatever based on decisions. That's perfectly fine! I may be an evil dictator, but at least let me be an evil dictator that pretends to listen. (Just kidding about the pretending part) I'll take the blame for locking the thread. Tell folks I threatened to hit you with the Bates' Boot if you didn't. |

I wanted to hold off on this. Felt the time was too tender to bring it up as it may reignite a fire we didn't need. But since we have one going anyway - I am truly sorry. Believe it or not. I am. Do I think Carly had an overreaction that led me to get banned three years ago? Yes. However from that I grew resentment. For that resentment of her I am sincerely apologetic. If I had maybe exposed myself to one of her children? Then yeah, take me to the gallows. I'm not a sexual deviant and would never do anything as sickening as that. Carly was mad at me, I think, because my resentment of being banned over it grew to lies. Either way, I truly am sorry. I'm also apologetic to Rod. I would have never sent his old lady a random picture of a dick if I didn't think we were friends that were ribbing each other. His girlfriend found it humorous. I personally do not understand the negativity coming from Jayson or anyone else really, but I am sorry if it caused any ill feelings. And again I need sleep but it's clear to me this has the potential to become a real huge thing SO I am going to lock it here. I implore anyone with any kinds of feelings or issues to take it to PMs! And Logan, thank you for admitting mistakes and apologizing. |

Oh wait, I didn't read everything. For the record, when you're banned you're allowed to view the board, just not post. So being on the board as an alternate name was fine. He DID post, once, just to say he was still here. All in all nothing malicious there or any real attempt at ban circumventing. Torture very specifically DID circumvent a ban and I decided to just let it go - even though his was intentionally malicious. I added to the rules that there's no one size fits all approach to mod/admin stuff and it's true. Goodness. When I was banned, I wasnt allowed to see the boards from my Tablet, Laptop, Phones, or PC. Get the fuck outta here with dem lies, son. This is not true. You were banned by username - you could easily view the boards from any of those devices when not logged in. You DID view the boards somehow since you had Gravedigger respond for you. You also could have made another username to view the boards with it you were so inclined. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you misunderstood me? I don't know. Facebook me if you want to fight about it, fucking jesus. Do people just check the boards waiting for something to pop up they can fight about? EDIT: The only way I could be wrong is if proboards doesn't give you the chance to log out once you'd been banned. Which you could work around but whatever. My point stands though that viewing the boards while banned, I would not constitute circumventing it under any circumstance. |

One last thing - Polar, if you come back to this madness, once I get the new roleplay board up I intend on moving your RP there disconnected from all of the OOC stuff. It's ironic that the first new RP on the new board will be someone leaving the universe BUT I can appreciate what you were going for for the most part. So I'll take care of it.
