It was just after I'd slammed your son Ice's skull against the mat and had him beat dead-to-rights. And if Daddy hadn't been there to save his little boy, I would have pinned the Champ.

Where was I for Ice's two Title runs? You're a curious little guy. Well I was here for the final two months of his first, Buddy. I was here when Bobby Cairo bested him, and in defeat Ice Beckman showed his first signs of mortality since I'd arrived in late December. By the time he won the Title back...minutes before, really...I had earned the right to be called the #1 Contender, and my Title shot was set in stone.
You claim I did nothing to earn that shot, and you're a fool for it among other things. Allow me to introduce a bit of logic into the equation. I defeated 2/3 of the stable whose reformation led directly to the formation of the bizarre and desperate house of cards that is Imperium. When Pantheon reformed, you saw fit to merge factions that had no business being as one...that is, if not to stave of the storm on the horizon that was Pantheon. Meanwhile, being that I'm not a coward, I saw fit to prove my dominance over them in the ring, and I did just that in the Trilogy Cup and beyond. I mentioned the Archduke earlier...the man who defeated then-Champion Bobby Cairo for what was unfortunately a non-Title match. If I defeated "nobodies" and "children" to get to where I am today, what does it say of the man who, as World Champion, got his ass kicked by one of these nobody-children?
It says you're wrong, Buddy - Alex Richards isn't a child, and neither are any of the others I've thrown from the face of WCF Mountain throughout my ascent. And on Sunday, when I stand face-to-face with Ice Beckman atop the greatest peak of them all...when the inferno that rages inside me can no longer be bound...I'll start a fire to end an age.

They say all good things come to an end. Well, so do lackluster things like Ice Beckman's second World Title reign.
Tonight's the night, Ice. Shine that belt up for me and kiss it goodbye, because it's going to be a long, long time before you wear it again.
The fires have already consumed you - that much is clear. Now all there is to do is blow away the ash that's left and watch as all you've fought so hard to achieve is scattered to the wind. It's a simple matter of physics, really: cold air sinks, and the fire always rises.

There's no stopping me, Joey - not now. Hell will freeze over before I let the World Title slip through my grasp...and even though I'll be dragging Ice through each of its seven layers tonight, there's not a thing he or anyone else can do to overcome the inferno within. |

I hope you all got a good, long look at my shredded face as I became the third man ever to have pinned Ice Beckman last night. Maybe from now on you'll beg me to wear it instead of bashing me for doing so. Or maybe not...but what the fuck do I care? I've got more important things to worry about. Like, say...defending my World Title.
That's right - the new and rightful WCF World Champion has arrived. Five months is all it took for me to surpass the rest along my climb to the top of WCF Mountain. My ascent has been historic, and my reign as Champion will be even more so. So dig in, motherfuckers - I'm going to be here a while.
