I was never going to take it easy on you. I know you present a unique challenge. You don't think I've been watching you since you arrived not long after me? I keep an eye on all the fresh meat...but I never get a chance to tear into it. You're the greenest fighter I've faced since my second week in the WCF, but that doesn't mean you don't have talent.

Had Seth placed you in the tournament, perhaps it would be you or Joey across from me this Sunday at Aftermath instead of the Omega Man. So you see, the fact that I'm closer to a title shot than both of you is less my doing than it is Seth's booking decisions. I'm gonna bury something right here and now. That hatred I had towards you? It was based upon a misplaced sense of pomposity I believed you exhibited.
