I think what also factors in is that some women want a division where they don't face men or are ok with it while others see it as a restriction. In my first fed we had around, I'd guess, 5 to 6 female characters and I was the only actual female handler. It worked for awhile but them we wanted to pull that barrier down and combine the two.. it wasn't a quick transition but it worked. I'm also in a small fed on facebook and it has a women's title but the women face the men at the same time so you kinda have both aspects. Just some things work better for different feds and different people.

Just to throw in my two cents on "realism" in the whole men vs. women thing:
In real life, I'm 5'7" and roughly 135 lbs. I have over 20 years of training in martial arts. A guy claiming to be a Navy SEAL once told me he wouldn't want to fight me for real -- although I say that with the caveat that I never pressed him for proof at the time, because I didn't think anyone was so callous as to engage in what we now commonly refer to as "stolen valor."
My point: put me in the ring with ANY male, and I will most likely put him on his ass. I may not win, but the boy will know he done been in a FIGHT. And that's without resorting to the myriad mean and nasty tricks I know.

Realism in WCF went out the door the day the first Euthanasia Chamber Match happened.

Is it...is it possible?
IS IT POSSIBLE THAT DEATH IS AFRAID OF WOMEN?
Because that solves my theory of why a women doesn't die after bleeding for a week; or why Betty White is still alive.
On a serious note - I don't care. I'll fight a woman. Win, or lose. I'll beat that ass.
OK, maybe not that serious.

You don't get to decide who you face here. It's one thing if you have a problem OOC with someone, but your issues are likely going to be swept under the rug. Just a heads up. As for realism, nobody is gonna write a woman powerbombing a 300 pound guy but other than that, besides them being generally smaller in stature, they are considered equals and written as equals in the matches. Not necessarily true. Odin already mentioned his match with the 4'11 Ayria Adams. I will go beyond what Odin said and point out that not only did he lose the match, he was ragdolled. She did a number of moves that were impossible. Not just because she's a woman. A guy her size could not have done those moves to Odin Balfore either. To be brutally honest, there has only been a couple of wrestlers in all of WCF history, man or woman, who were the right size to legitimately take those moves. the handler wasn't that bad from a roleplaying perspective, but the character was shitty.

Then there was the Hellimination where she " returned" and Whooped the entire opposing team of Sarah Twilight. So not only did a 4'11 chick beat me clean in one match but came out at the end of another match ( to which the character was not on the roster ) and shit canned an entire team of established BIG guys.
Only to NOT make an actual return

I think you guys are fucking with me. I wrote Ayria/Odin and I don't remember having her do anything more than typical small versus big moves. I remember getting frustrated while writing it because the size difference was a major handicap in terms of her moveset. And I'm pretty sure she won with a schoolboy after a distraction from that Lance Norman guy, so it wasn't technically even a clean win.

I don't remember reading the match but I know Denise Devil had a lot of power moves in her arsenal and with her fantasy style gimmick, she basically had super strength (and immortality which a few characters have had). I remember that Adams chick but its like who has ever seen a 4 11 chick fight a 7 foot man in real life? We kinda have to just go with it and use our imaginations a little bit.
I think its funny that we let so much stuff slide when it comes to realism but then there are certain areas where people are like "WTF REALISM!"

In fairness, there are immortals, time travelers and demons here, so a 3ft dwarf woman with the strength of Mariusz Pudzianowski wouldn't be out of limits.

I've always hated the lack of realism here. I've walked the line a few times myself, but that's always been one thing I didn't like here, but I'm old school about all this so whatever lol.

If Rey Mysterio can win a Royal Rumble, any given female can win any given match.

I've never really revealed my secret to success against women in E-fedding.
I simply imagine that they all look like Chyna.

I've always been a fan of "giant-killers" like Mysterio and Spike Dudley. When they get hit, it looks devastating, but when they win, it always looks awesome. I'm glad that wrestling in general has steered away from roided up freaks and brought around some truly athletic smaller guys. It makes for more interesting, if maybe a bit unrealistic, match in my opinion. And to put a lady in the role of giant killer is just fundamentally sound booking in my humble opinion.
As for the fantasy bit, well, this is fiction, so why not? Undertaker and Kane can have supernatural battles with lightning and fire, so why can't we?
