The scene fades in centered on an old television set. The channels of the television are flipping aimlessly.

The channels stop flipping. A female news reporter sits alone on set and we catch her mid-sentence…
...thank you for that report, Jim. We move to the world of sports where we have learned some interesting news this evening. Wrestler Jonny Fly has re-emerged from protective custody this week.
Some of you will remember four years ago when Fly was the target of multiple attacks at TNT shows after a disgruntled wrestler hired hitmen to take Fly’s life. The FBI removed Fly from his position as President of TNT Wrestling while investigating the incidents. That investigation concluded last month with over 20 arrests.
Fly is a Hall of Famer in TNT Wrestling, the United Wrestling Association, and a five-time World Champion. His problems outside of the wrestling ring have earned him as much publicity as his exploits inside the ring. Fly himself has been the target of multiple investigations for kidnapping, arson, and even murder.
The wrestling world has changed a lot in these last four years. TNT Wrestling has been out of business since 2008, after never fully recovering from his absence. Initial reports are that Fly will resume his wrestling career, and has chosen to sign with the Wrestling Championship Federation.
The television suddenly flips off. Scene is faded out.

What would you do if you seen a ghost?
These words are spoken into a black screen. A light bulb hanging down from the ceiling in the center of the room is suddenly lit. The light illuminates the silhouette of a man sitting alone in the middle of the room. This man is wearing all black, and has his back facing the camera. He continues to speak.
Would you be scared? Would you run? Would you embrace it?
What defines us as individuals is how differently we react to certain situations. Take for example, this very situation right here. Who is this man you see in front of you? What does he want? What is he capable of?
As the last words echo around the room, the silhouette figure turns to face the camera frame. As his face dimly comes into view, he begins speaking again.
I am Jonny Fly, and I’ll spare you my background. As with every wrestling company, I can only assume that there is a hierarchy here in the WCF. This is where I encourage all of you to listen intently, for how you react will determine how you are defined from this point forward…
I am here to tell you that the hierarchy has changed.
At this point Fly stands up, centers himself in the screen, and moves in closer revealing a clean-cut but weathered face. He shows little emotion as he stares into the screen. He continues speaking.
There are normally two reactions people such as yourselves have to this type of arrogance. These reactions are denial, and veiled ignorance. I expect nothing less here in the WCF. Slowly, though, these reactions will fade. You will all begin to realize what I am capable of. You will realize your inferiority. Denial and ignorance will turn into something more amusing, fighting back. The old guard will begin to realize their grasp on this company has slipped, and will try anything to stop me.
I’ve just written the next several months of history for this company. Who’s going to be the first fool to say I’m wrong?
With that, Fly walks out of the screen and the scene fades.
