[Bobby and Perry are in the locker room minutes after Bobby's victory. After showering and changing into their street clothes, they're on their way out to celebrate.]
BOBBY: "Did you see the way I sent Biggs flying with that Yakuza Kick? I think he landed at his new job at Burger King!"
PERRY: "That was awesome, but what about the Frog Splash? You might've crippled Ace with that one! Hahahahaha!"
Bobby: "Hahahahaha!"
[As Bobby and Perry leave the locker room, they're stopped by two waiting police officers.]
OFFICER NOLAN: "Bobby Cairo, you're under arrest for the assault of Peter Sanchez. Turn around and place your hands behind your back."
BOBBY: "What the hell are you taking about? I didn't do anything!"
OFFICER BRIGGS: "Turn around and place your hands behind your back NOW!"
[Bobby does as he's told and the officer places him in handcuffs.]
OFFICER BRIGGS: "You have the right to remain silent. If you give up that right, anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided to you at no cost."
BOBBY: "I will not remain silent! The kid was running his mouth so I shut him up! That's all that happened. You have to believe me dammit!"
OFFICER NOLAN: "We have a statement from the victim and several witnesses that have implicated you. You'll have your chance to tell your side of the story down at the station, but right now you've been placed under arrest."
PERRY: "Officer, I was a witness and I want to tell my account of what happened."
OFFICER BRIGGS: "You'll have to come down to the station and wait while we process Mr. Cairo."
BOBBY: "You can't process me. I'm not produce, I'm a former World Champion!"
[In spite of Bobby's protests, the officers escort him out of the arena and place him in the back of their patrol car.]
OFFICER NOLAN: "And that's the end of that chapter!"
[The police car rolls off into the night, with Perry's Mazda Miata following closely, as "What I Like About You" by the Romantics plays on the radio.]
