"I have seen a lot of things in my lifetime and I have made many mistakes, as well. I must admit that allowing the National Wrestling Association to close is one of those mistakes. My duty as the World Champion was to keep the company on its feet, and I failed. However, I cannot sit around and waste any more of my life. I must continue with my wrestling career which is why I am proud to announce that I have signed a contract for a new wrestling federation. I have a chance to start over and rise to the top of the company just as I did in the NWA. Ladies and gentlemen, I am the newest member of the World Championship Federation...and at Blast, I am going to create the building blocks for my legacy as I begin the rise to the top of the WCF!"

JJ Biggs and his long time friend and manager Jake Hudson, are in Jake's 2005 Dodge Viper as they speed down a Miami, Florida highway. JJ Biggs has his window down in the passenger seat and he is allowing the cool, moist air to hit off his hot face as he just finished training not more than ten minutes ago. Jake Hudson has his window down as well and he is resting his left arm on the door. Neither of them have said a word to each other since they got into the vehicle. That all changes as Jake Hudson breaks the ice.
Jake Hudson: I know you were reluctant to sign with a new federation so quickly after the fall of the NWA, but you did the right thing. You were on a roll, man. You were on top of the company; you were turning eyes. If you sat around thinking of what could have been if the company stayed open, then you would have lost a few months, probably. With a profession like wrestling, missing a few months is like missing a few years.
JJ Biggs: Yeah, I know. I've had to go through this situation before and as you know, it really screwed me up. I have to admit, I am going to miss the NWA. However, I am looking forward to making my WCF debut this Sunday at Blast. It doesn't get better than debuting at a pay-per-view.
Jake Hudson: Yep! Although you are in the very first match on the card, it is still very important. If you managed to help your team get the victory over Team of Treachery it could sky rocket you here in the WCF!
JJ Biggs: Yeah. It is a nice opportunity. I don't really know much about Team of Treachery besides the fact that Tommy Havock is the current Television Champion. That's a mid-card belt, and the mid-card is the best that he can do. Sad thing is, in a month or so he'll still be there and I'll be past him on my way to the main event.
Jake Hudson: That's the spirit!
Jake gradually slows the car down as he moves across the lanes until he is on the one farthest on the right. He continues at a slow place as he gets off the highway and moves onto a residential street.
JJ Biggs: Yeah. I'm just not too comfortable with who my team is, man.
Jake Hudson: How so?
JJ Biggs: Well, one of them is a woman, for one. Not only that, she is a monster. I've seen her and she is as ugly and scary as they can get. If you stuck the woman outside when it is snowing, she'd be invisible. I don't think people are supposed to be that pale. To add to that already fucked up situation, she has so many scars that she makes Scarface look like a pussy.
Jake Hudson: She may not be attractive, JJ. But from her match that I seen last week, she can wrestle. You have to put aside the fact that she may be a little psycho and all of that. This is about her ability to wrestle...and when it comes to wrestling, she can do that very well.
JJ Biggs: I guess you're right. She can wrestle, and I'm hoping Larry Xtreme and Ace can wrestle, as well. Even though Team of Treachery is over rated in my opinion, we still won't be able to defeat the team if it is only Ellis and myself carrying the match.
Jake Hudson: I agree one hundred percent. Anyway, man. I'm going to go through the McDonald's drive-thru. Do you want anything?
JJ Biggs: Yeah. I'll take a quick look at the menu when you pull up and then I'll tell you what I want.
Jake Hudson: All right.
Jake switches on his turn signal as he slows down to a complete stop. He waits until the opposite lane is clear, and then he turns left into the McDonald's parking lot. He rolls into the drive-thru lane as the scene fades out.
------------
It looks as if this opening match at Blast could surpass many of the other matches on the card. You have Team of Treachery who has already proved to be a dominate force here in the WCF and you have a team opposite them of three newcomers to the WCF and one who made their debut a show or two earlier. Most people most likely won't even get around to ordering the event until after the first match is over because they don't feel like wasting their time...however, if they do that, they will miss one of the best matches on the card...guaranteed.
