[Our scene begins in what appears to be a suburban park. It looks strikingly similar to a park that we had seen in other vignettes featuring Tommy Havock returning to his hometown. It is snowing at quite a steady pace. Havock is standing in a gazebo that overlooks a lake. He is bundled up with a black winter jacket and a red ski hood. He begins to speak…][/i]
Tommy Havock: WCF, I come to you today in the middle of a blizzard to bring you your latest prophecy. You see, much like the great general Macbeth in William Shakespeare’s classic, I, too, was told of a prophecy by three wise witches. Though these witches are my ex-girlfriends and not necessarily beings of supernatural powers, they will spoke to me nevertheless.
‘Tommy,’ they all said, ‘You will one day rise to greatness. You will be the star that lights the sky for all. You will become the pinnacle of all that you do.’ Now though it could be that they were referring to something altogether different, a subject that is not suitable for the younger fans of the WCF, their prophecy also applies to my path of stardom here at the WCF.
People like to look at my career here in the WCF and see failure. Failure to obtain the WCF World Heavyweight Title at War Match. Failure to win the WCF Television Title in the Three-Way Dance. I see these, conversely, as the necessary steps that one must take in order to achieve greatness. The building blocks, if you will, of a storied career. In two weeks time at ‘Till Death Do Us Part, Kurtis Victory, you and I will look horns in what will be referred to someday as the greatest battle any two superstars here in the WCF engaged in. But you see, Kurtis Victory, like Macbeth, I will not be downed by any man. And though Macbeth may have been downed as a result of a technicality, nothing will stand in the way of Tommy Havock as he prepares to put the pen down in terms of Chapter One, securing himself the WCF Television Title.
Havock walks out of the gazebo and over to a patch of snow that has a snowman built upon it. The snowman is wearing a blue WCF Kurtis Victory t-shirt and has a makeshift WCF Television Title around its waist. Havock leans in close to the snowman and begins to speak again.][/color]
[Kurtis Victory, this snowman here represents you. I built this snowman with my own hands, much like I built your legacy here in the WCF with my own hands by softening up Big Country in our Triple-Threat match. You see, Victory, if it weren’t for me, you would not be where you are right now, just like this snowman here. And just like this snowman…
[Havock takes a step back and then delivers a devastating Havock Wrecker, Tommy’s version of a super kick. The snowman’s head goes flying off of his body, while the rest of his bulk slowly tumbles to the ground.][/i]
You, too, will feel the wrath of the Havock Wrecker. And when I pin your shoulders down to the mat for the 1-2-3 and I become the next WCF Television Champion, you will know that your time, just like this snowman’s, has come to an abrupt end. Watch out for Havock, Victory… Cuz I’m coming to get you and your title… Go ahead… [glow=red,2,300]Do it, you won’t![/glow]
