(We fade into what appears to be some sort of club. There are all different colors light illuminating the club and lots of men, most look pretty lonely, their fat hanging over their shirts and their toupees falling off their balding heads, their faces showing signs of emptiness and despair. The camera makes it way through the crowd and we see men sitting around a table with a female stripper in the middle. She’s down to her bra and panties and is doing an evocative dance. We see a smaller man jumping up and down in a crowed, trying to get the cameraman’s attention. The cameraman sees him and begins to walk towards him.)
Cameraman: Did you find him?
Interviewer: Yes I found him. He seems to be enjoying himself with that woman on the table.
(The cameraman sees the blonde and begins to smile.)
Cameraman: Yeah, who wouldn’t be?
(The interviewer snaps his fingers in front of the cameraman’s face.)
Interviewer: Hey! Concentrate…we need this interview. It should be really big.
Cameraman: I don’t know…he looks a little…distracted. Sure he’ll actually want to do this?
Interviewer: We have to try.
(They begin to make their way over to J-X. He’s wearing a black leather jacket with a white shirt and tight blue jeans. He has his hair down with a mafia-type hat on. They finally get to his chair and the interviewer begins to try and get J-X’s attention.)
Interviewer: Uh…excuse me, sir.
(No response at all. The interviewer then talks a bit louder.)
Interviewer: J-X…can I have a moment of your time?
(J-X puts down his beer and turns around to see a man with a microphone. He shakes his head as he also notices a large man standing behind him with a camera. His shirt isn’t quite fitting his entire body and it’s not the most attractive thing in the world. The interviewer is wearing a nice jacket with dress up pants and seems to be very nervous. J-X doesn’t give the man the time of day and turns back around, enjoying the show.)
Interviewer: Uh…sir…can you…
J-X: Can I fucking help you? Do you not see the half naked blonde on the table?
(J-X turns back around to direct his attention on the girl.)
Interviewer: No I see her, she’s very nice, but uh…we were wondering if we could ask you a few questions. It won’t take that long.
(Keeping his focus on the girl…)
J-X: Do I have to turn around?
(The interviewer looks back to his cameraman and shrugs his shoulders.)
Interviewer: No…no I suppose not.
J-X: Well good…I suppose you can ask away.
Interviewer: Alright…good, good. We’ll begin in one second.
(The interviewer turns around to his cameraman who has now turned his attention to the half naked blonde on the table.)
Interviewer: Frank…Frank…
(No response.)
Interviewer: FRANK!
Frank: What? What?
Interviewer: Turn the camera on, he says it’s okay.
(Frank rolls his eyes and turns on the camera.)
Interviewer: Hello, this is Mike Brown and I’m here at a…local strip club. Normally I’d be here to enjoy myself but on this occasion we’ve run into a WCF wrestler who has just recently signed back up, but is no stranger to the ring. Ladies and gentlemen J-X is right behind me and he is ready for an interview…
(The cameraman turns to J-X and sees the stripper dancing in front of J-X as he begins to put money in her thong and bra. The camera looks back to Mike and Mike hesitantly taps J-X on his shoulder.)
Mike: J-X…
(J-X continues to flirt with the stripper.)
Mike: J-X…
(Still no response from J-X. Mike taps him one more time this time to have J-X snap back to give Mike a glare.)
J-X: Can you not see I’m a little busy here? What the hell is the matter with you?
Mike: Well…I told them you were ready for the interview…
(The stripper walks away to go to a man who has a hundred dollar bill in his hand.)
J-X: Now you see what you did?
Mike: I apologize…I didn’t mean to…
J-X: Yeah, yeah, just ask your fucking questions.
Mike: Well…alright…
(Mike straightens himself out and asks his first question to J-X’s back.)
Mike: Uh…well first off, how does it feel to be back in WCF?
J-X: It feels good. I’m back on my old stomping grounds. There are a lot of new faces but, I can get use to it.
Mike: Yes there are a lot of newcomers to WCF, but anyway, why did you leave in the first place?
J-X: Well, I just had other things to do, that’s all.
Mike: Other things? Care to elaborate on that?
J-X: Not really.
(Mike stands there in silence for a second.)
Mike: Ok…fair enough. Next question, in your absence, your fans and non-fans formed a hate club for you. I believe all people were welcome to join it if they were willing to say anything negative about you. How do you feel about that?
(J-X chuckles.)
J-X: Well I suppose I’m doing my job then.
Mike: How so?
J-X: Well first off, I like to be the quote unquote ‘villain’ in most situations and it’s all clearly jealousy. I do well and people become envious and boo me. It’s the way ignorant people are…I can’t help that.
Mike: Some would say you’re the ignorant one in this situation.
J-X: Yeah, I know. Doesn’t bother me, just makes things a lot more interesting, don’t it?
Mike: I suppose.
(J-X lights up a cigarette and takes a swig of his beer.)
Mike: You smoke now?
J-X: Yeah, well, we can’t all be the DARE Lion’s best friend all the time, can we?
Mike: …The DARE Lion?
J-X: Just forget it.
Mike: Alright, next question…how is your relationship with Twister? You two were once the Twisted Elements after all. You seem to share a…’love/hate’ relationship but still seemed to stay good friends. Are you still?
J-X: Yeah, I suppose. Twister and I worked out some differences. I don’t know if he knows I’ve announced that I’m back, but time will fix that if he doesn’t.
Mike: So what can we expect then?
J-X: What are you talking about?
Mike: Well can we expect the Twisted Elements to return and compete for the tag belts once again?
J-X: No, I don’t think so. Twister and I are good friends but would both like to explore the singles competition more. It’s something we strived to do before both of us went on hiatus for a little bit.
Mike: I see…well that’s a shame.
(J-X shrugs)
J-X: Yeah…I guess.
Mike: Staying on the subject of Twister, did you know he has a drug problem?
(J-X pauses for a bit and takes a puff of his cigarette.)
J-X: Had a drug problem.
Mike: Excuse me?
J-X: He HAD a drug problem. Everything is better now; he’s a stable guy now.
Mike: Well you two are good friends…did you ever get involved with the drugs?
(J-X smirks.)
J-X: Heh, well…like I said, we can’t all stay the DARE Lion’s best friend.
Mike: Who is this DARE Lion you keep speaking of?
J-X: Never mind, everything is fine, don’t you worry about that. Next question.
Mike: Ok, fair enough. Well back to the topic of your return to WCF…why did you come back exactly?
J-X: Well, I felt empty not being here anymore. I was just getting bored with my life and things don’t work out all the time. I knew that what I was searching for was right here, so here I am.
Mike: Well…in some odd and twisted way, that’s good to hear.
J-X: Yeah. I know.
(Mike shakes head and continues.)
Mike: Well J-X, that’s all the questions we have for you, thank you for your time and uh…good luck tonight.
J-X: Thanks, but it won’t be needed.
Mike: I’m sure it won’t be, I’m sure it won’t be.
(The sound of J-X’s voice is heard to get the stripper’s attention back as the camera fades out.)
Cameraman: Did you find him?
Interviewer: Yes I found him. He seems to be enjoying himself with that woman on the table.
