We fade into backstage where Hank Brown is awaiting the next interview.
HB: Ladies and gentlemen, my guest tonight is the Fatebringer, Skyler Striker!
Skyler walks into camera view, sunglasses on as usual.
SS: Hey, Hank. Let’s get this started, shall we?
HB: Okay. Well, I guess I should ask what you have to say to The Vagrant.
SS: Oh, boy, that’s one of my favourite subjects. Danny – and yes, I will call you Danny, because you can’t think for one second that you have the same level of talent as The Rock to be able to refer to yourself in the third person. Danny, first and foremost, an old time cliché – PAYBACK’S A BITCH! But that’s the past, and I’m more focused on this week’s show – or should I say Showdown. Danny, you made a big mistake when you first attacked me. You attacked the one person who can decide your fate. You angered the Fatebringer. And now the fury inside me is leaking out, and come Sunday, it spills out onto you.
HB: I think you just answered all of my questions, Skyler..
SS: Then you can feel free to go.
HB: Uh, okay..
Hank leaves the camera view, confused. Skyler continues looking into the camera.
SS: Don’t be late, Danny boy. You’ve got a date with destiny.
Skyler leaves the screen and the promo ends.
