[Bobby and Jasper are seated across from each other at a table in Tom's Diner. Bobby is eating grilled chicken breast and steamed broccoli while Jasper loudly chomps down on a double bacon cheeseburger and French fries.]
Bobby: "That stuff is going to kill you, man."
[Jasper laughs heartily.]
Jasper: "That's why you were eating the same thing before Bolts put you on a diet, right?"
[Bobby rolls his eyes.]
Bobby: "I still can't believe what happened last night. Between the money that I lost at poker and the bribe that I gave that doctor, I'm out over $600."
Jasper: "What bribe?"
Bobby: "I had to bribe the doctor to keep him quiet. He wanted to call the cops. Zeke was stoned out of his mind, practically crawling up the walls of the hospital room."
Jasper: "That's some crazy shit."
Bobby: "Yeah. They gave him some morphine and he calmed down. He'll be fine, he's just resting right now."
Jasper: "That's good to hear. I just hope that you learned your lesson. Drugs don't work. That's why I got into yo-yo's."
Bobby: "If I recall correctly, you once tried to rob a little black kid of his yo-yo. Maybe being obsessed with yo-yo's isn't the answer after all?"
Jasper: "That was a dark period for me... but I still have faith in yo-yo's!"
[Bobby and Jasper return to their meal. After finishing and paying the bill, Bobby places a call on his cell-phone.]
Bobby: "Hey, babe. I'm just calling to make sure that we're still on for tonight. --- Strawberries and whipped cream sounds great, but get the low fat whipped cream, ok? I'm still on this diet. --- Ok, I'll see you tonight. I love you. Bye, sweetie."
[Jasper has a curious expression on his face.]
Jasper: "Was that Bolts?"
Bobby: "Of course not! It was Lucy. We were discussing our plans for tonight."
Jasper: "That makes sense. It would have been really weird if you were talking to Bolts like that!"
[Bobby rolls his eyes again.]
Bobby: "Yes, Jasper, that would have been weird."
[As Bobby and Jasper are walking along the sidewalk, a limousine pulls up in front of them. The rear window rolls down and a white-haired man in an expensive suit begins talking.]
Man In Suit: "Mr. Cairo, my name is Dennis Regent and I've been waiting for you. Please get in. We have business to discuss."
Bobby: "Ok."
[The door opens and Bobby quickly gets into the limousine.]
Man In Suit: "Your friend may want to call a taxi cab. This could take awhile."
Bobby: "You heard the man, Jasper."
[The limousine speeds off and Jasper is left standing there, unsure as to what just happened.]
Bobby: "That stuff is going to kill you, man."
