[Our scene begins in the WCF promo area. Tommy Havock is standing in front of a large blue screen. An image of the WCF Television Title appears of the screen and the word “HAVOCK” appears in giant silver lettering underneath. Tommy Havock is wearing one of his wrestling outfits, a pair of long, red wrestling trunks with silver and blue lettering on the sides. The WCF Television Title sits around Havock’s waist. He begins to speak…]
Tommy Havock: Well, well, well… Tommy Havock has advanced in the WCF Number One Contender Tournament and somewhere in the WCF Administrative Offices, the powers that be that wear the suits are jumping up and down with joy. They realize that their next superstar and the future face of the franchise has continued his journey to the top of this league and to the top of the business. Tommy Havock has made it to the next level in his journey and that is going to make some suits a lot of dough someday.
On top of having the ability to promote one of their biggest stars, the WCF now also has an interesting match setup for this Sunday at Slam. It’s unusual because it will pit one champion against another as Tommy Havock, your WCF Television Champion, will step into the ring and go one-on-one with Genocide, the man who became WCF Hardcore Champion at ‘Till Death Do Us Part. It’ll be a classic confrontation between two of the best that the WCF has to offer, but unfortunately, only one man will come out on top and continue the trek towards the WCF Heavyweight Title.
That, Genocide, is where your role in this story ends. You see, it will not be you this Sunday who has his hand raised and is declared the winner of the contest. It will not be you who gets to advance one more step in this prestigious tournament. It will not be you whose dream is fulfilled.
It will, however, be you writhing in agony on the mat, clutching at your leg after I have hit it with everything but the kitchen sink. It will be you whose career is in jeopardy after suffering a devastating leg injury at the hands of the figure four leg lock or the STF. It will be you laying unconscious on the mat after getting hit with the Havock Wrecker, one of the most devastating superkicks this side of Stamford.
And it will be me, Tommy Havock, standing above you in the middle of the ring with my hand held high in the air. It will be me, Tommy Havock, continuing my progress towards fulfilling my dream of becoming WCF Heavyweight Champion. It will be me, Tommy Havock, walking out of the ring and walking into the next round of the WCF Number One Contender tournament.
So it shall be written, so it shall be done, Genocide. We can turn this into any kind of match that you would like. We can do technical, we can catch-as-catch-can, we can make it a submission specialty, or we can turn it into a hardcore delight. Whatever you want, Genocide, because in the end, no matter the route we take, it will be your path that has the roadblock. Do not pass go, do not collect $200, and for damn sure, do not think you have a shot this Sunday. Concede defeat, Genocide. Go ahead… [glow=red,2,300]Do it, you won’t!![/glow]
