[Our scene begins in what appears to be the promo room in the WCF studios. Tommy Havock is standing in front of a red screen that has his logo in blue lettering with a silver background. Havock is wearing his wrestling attire, a pair of blue long pants with silver lettering on the legs. Around his waist sits the WCF Television Title. Havock’s long, dirty-blonde hair appears wet, possibly from just coming from the shower. Havock begins to speak…]
Tommy Havock: We’re only a couple of days past ‘Till Death do us Part and Davey Ortega has decided to throw us all a curveball and hold a tournament to decide the Number One Contender to Reckless Jack’s WCF Unified Heavyweight Title. Now that might be a good idea and all, but Ortega decided that it might be a good idea to have a little fun with the Team of Treachery and has thus pitted myself against Wreck in a match that will showcase some of the top talents here in the WCF. This might be a good way to provide the fans with a top quality, highly energetic match up that will plop fans in the seat.
There’s one problem, though… You know, I know, and everyone else here knows that that was not Ortega’s first priority when he made this match. He wanted to have some fun with the Team of Treachery. He wanted to form that first little tear in the otherwise strong canvas that binds us together. And, I have to admit, it was a pretty good idea, targeting the newest member of the Team of Treachery in hopes of finding that weak spot.
The only problem for Ortega, however, is that his plan is not going to work. Yes, Wreck and I will step into the squared circle on Sunday at Slam and enter the Number One Contender Tournament. Yes, Wreck and I will put on a clinic is wrestling for all of the fans. But no, this will not represent any crack in the Team of Treachery’s foundation.
Wreck, you and I are close, but I am sure I speak for you, as well, when I say that I will bring every ounce of my body and soul into the match against you hoping to further my destiny here in the WCF. This will be, no doubt, a knock-down, drag-out affair between you and I and I am sure the better man that night will come out on top. Either way, you and I will still walk back up the ramp together united as a team, unable to be divided by this plot.
[Havock turns to face the camera and shows off his WCF Television Title. He uses his armband to polish the front of the belt and begins to speak again…]
The destiny for Tommy Havock continues with this Number One Contender tournament. ‘Till Death do us Part and the WCF Television Title were just the first step on my road to glory here in the WCF. The destiny will be fulfilled when I stand atop the world as the WCF World Heavyweight Champion and the WCF locker room and the rest of the world recognizes me as the greatest wrestler to ever grace the squared circle.
Wreck, this Sunday at Slam, it’s you and me, buddy. I am sure that the best man will win. Either way, the T.o.T. will remain as strong as ever. Take notice, WCF, that Tommy Havock and the T.o.T. are stronger than ever and are here to stay. Go ahead… [glow=red,2,300]Do it, you won’t![/glow]
