The scene fades in and we see a large swimming pool out the back of a suburban house which is slightly larger than the average man could afford. It has a 15 metre diving board, which Skyler Striker is standing on top of, wearing a white pair of boardshorts.
SS: Are you watching, Shay?
We pan down to see Skyler’s fiancé Shaneyah Phoenix lounging around by poolside, drinking a cool drink and reading a girly magazine.
SP: Yeah, I’m watching!
Skyler jumps and executes a 630 Degree Senton into the pool. A massive splash is seen and Shay gets soaked.
SP: Skyler!
SS: What?
SP: You’ve soaked me!
SS: Sorry! I’m trying to practice. You don’t get anywhere by lazing around the whole week, even if I don’t have a match.
SP: Everyone needs to rest, Sky.
SS: Not me!
SP: (laughing) You sound like a little kid!
SS: Meh. Regardless, there are no stepping stones in this business, Shay. You have to work your way to the top. You have to earn your way to the top. And I plan to do that. I’ll start by getting my hands on Danny Vice in a match as soon as I can.
SP: What are you going to do this week?
SS: I’ll start by making sure Danny doesn’t forget what he’s done to me. I’ve got something in mind, don’t you worry. He won’t be able to say I didn’t warn him.
SP: Get dry and let’s go inside, it’s getting cold.
SS: Do I have to?
SP: Yes! If you plan on being at Slam this Sunday, then you’ll get a towel, dry out, and come inside, Sky! You don’t want to catch cold!
SS: Fine..
