The scene opens up in a dimly lit lockerroom. The only light is one flickering over a sink, the light flickering so often it could go out at any moment. The faucet is leaking as a drop of water splashes into a pool of water in the sink. The rest of the lockerroom is dark. Out of the shadows steps a figure. He grabs the sink. He has long hair, the black and white strands give it away to be Gravedigger. His hair is wet and hangs down over his face. He looks up and his nose barely sticks through the strands. Some of it moves with each breath. Gravedigger finally speaks.
Gravedigger: I practically had the match with Logan won at Blast. Despite what it looked like near the end, I had the win within my grasp. I was set to turn the tables on the Face of Treachery and then end him. Is that how it ended? No, it is not. Did I lose the match? No. The match ended with no winner to it. Of course, as expected, his stalker did show his face finally and interfered in the match. However, what happened to Jessie was unexpected. I should have known that she shouldn't have been near ringside, especially during a hardcore match.
Gravedigger grips the sink and shakes it violently as if trying to tear it from the wall. He yells out in anger. He finally stops yelling and is breathing hard. His breathing eventually slows down and he looks back up at the mirror.
Gravedigger: Am I blaming myself? Should I blame myself? Or is this not my fault at all? Is this karma? Is karma catching up with The Epitome of Hardcore? I should look at what's happened so far. My brother Chester, and my best friend Dobbie were taken out by Logan and Jack of Blades, then just as everything was starting to come together and I was poised to defeat Logan, Jessie gets taken out by Madd Dogg. Karma. This could be karma for all the things I did to WCF, Seth Lerch, and his superstars. They say what goes around, comes around. I got what I deserved. All those months of torture and heartache I caused for the people of WCF is finally catching up with me. I lost ownership. I lost my brother, best friend, and now my woman. I keep saying I'm going for the world title, but I keep getting obstacles put in my path to stop that. Obstacles placed by...karma?
Gravedigger snaps his head back, flipping the hair out of his face. A set of stitches can be seen on his forehead from where Logan opened up the wound in their hardcore match.
Gravedigger: What was that? Karma is putting these obstacles in front of me to keep me from the WCF world title. I go for the world title against Torture and instead an 8-man tag team match is suggested. Right as I'm about to return for the title again, Jack of Blades and Logan attack my brother and best friend. Then right as everything is about to be righted and I'm going for it again, Madd Dogg returns and takes out Jessie, which again will slow down my progress towards regaining the world title. Karma? I'm such a fool that I didn't see it right in front of me. Karma has no hand in this. This....this...this is a...CONSPIRACY!
Gravedigger gets a wild grin on his face as he looks at himself in the mirror. He laughs loudly.
Gravedigger: Why did I not see this before? Dobbie and Chester...where was Seth then? Where was he when they were being attacked? Likely in his office enjoying the carnage. Enjoying the tables being turned on his enemies. Where was the retribution? Where was the scolding of Logan and Jack of Blades? Then Seth has the nerve to ask me to my face in the ring to help destroy them. He had the nerve to get me to do his dirty work. Hell, he probably asked them to do it. This makes Logan and Jack of Blades accomplices of his. They are in on this conspiracy, too. He'll probably reward Logan with a title shot for helping keep me down. Madd Dogg? An old face, an old rival has returned. What coincedence is it that he returns in MY match and interferes, injuring Jessie in the process. I see Seth's hand in this, too. Seth Lerch, Logan, Jack of Blades, Madd Dogg. They're sitting around the table conspiring against me. Trying to hold me down. Trying to break me down. Trying to keep me from reaching the top of WCF.

Gravedigger: Ohhhhh wait a second. I see what's going on here. Seth is still screwing with me, getting into my head. He's still trying to keep me distracted. He puts all this upon me and then puts me in a match with Ryan Daniels. He wants me to get all caught up in the conspiracy and then forget about Ryan Daniels. To not be focused on the match so he can watch me get pinned. He wants me to get pinned so he can have an argument for why I shouldn't be allowed near the world title. Oh but why should I give you a title shot, Digger? Ryan should get one before you since he beat you. NICE TRY, LERCHIE!! Ryan Daniels is walking into a hellish storm of fury and anger. Its name is Gravedigger. I turned Logan's pretty face into a bloody mess at Blast. Now Jessie has been taken out of action for a long time...my anger has risen even more. My anger is never wild, my anger stays focused. It will now be focused on this Ryan Daniels character put in my path.
This is one of the only times during this run in WCF where I have faced someone I didn't already know. Someone I hadn't already faced in the ring. Ryan Daniels. The man from Hollywood. Formerly known as Kid Hollywood. He once said something about how Hollywood isn't all glitz and glam, that there's a darker side to Hollywood. He wants the darker side to be revealed. I will show him a darkness that even he has never seen. I will show him a darkness where hate is bred. Where fury dwells. I will take him to a place where the darkness embraces you and welcomes you home, treats you like one of its own. This Ryan Daniels isn't stepping into an easy match with someone who isn't focused like Seth Lerch would hope. No, Ryan is stepping into a match with a man who is completely focused on destroying anyone and everything in his path until he is satisifed with the revenge he gets. Seth Lerch, Logan, Jack of Blades, Madd Dogg. I'm onto your little game, your conspiracy you have against me. You will all pay, you will all be left in my wake as I climb to the top of WCF and take back what is rightfully mine. It all begins this week with Ryan Daniels. It begins and ends with a Death Driver. Death drives us all, it controls our every action. We can never escape it, we can just enjoy the ride it has us on until it's our stop.
Gravedigger suddenly headbutts the mirror in front of him, glass shattering everywhere. Gravedigger's forehead is instantly busted open and blood goes down his face. He reaches up and smears it. Gravedigger finally turns and walks away into the darkness as the scene fades to black.
