a highway patrolman is shown, talking to his dash camera.
We've got a drunk driver here, this is normal procedure, Hopefully this will be easy.
But we know, it's never normal on this show. It's never just a pull over and a ticket. it's always something else.
COPS
Officer McManus, state patrolman, 7 years of duty.
McManus: Always need to be prepared for the worst.
Officer McManus gets out of his squad car and approaches the silver pickup truck with flashlight in hand.
McManus: Sir, Do you know why I pulled you over? Sir?.... Sir, can you please step out of your vehicle?
My Vehicle? Im FINE officer, *hic* i'll just stay here. I'm not hurting anyone.
McManus: Can I please see your ID and registration, and if you could please step out of the car it would be rather helpful.
Why do you have to ruin my night? I was just having a good time, minding my own business. I didn't mean to hit that fence. it came out of nowhere.
Officer McManus walks back to his squad car, and checks the man's ID in his computer. Two previous drunk driving
McManus: Griffin? Mr. Griffin can you please get out of the vehicle?
Nothing can be heard.
McManus reaches for his radio;
McManus: I may need some back up out here, I've got a guy who doesn't want to cooperate, with some previous arrests.
Radio: No problem, theres a car near you.
Officer McManus walks back up to the silver pickup and begins to restate his first request of the gentleman.
McManus: "Sir can you please step out of yo..."
The door on the truck swings open and hits the officer in the chest and face.
the man behind the door steps out and it's none other than the guitarist of Triangle and WCF wrestling star Apollo Griffin.
McManus: "STAND STILL DO NOT MOVE"
Apollo simply closes the door and stands next to his vehicle while the officer gets back up. in the background the second car pulls up beside them
McManus: "Mr. Griffin, I'm afraid i'm going to have to arrest you for assault on an officer, resisting arrest, and drunk driving. I know you've been on this track before, but I'm going to tell you your rights one more time. You have the right to remain silent, you have the right to an attorney. You h..."
Apollo takes a swing at the officer, knocking him flat on his back, Apollo jumps on the officer and starts pummeling his face. The other two patrolmen in the second car quickly jump out and pull Apollo off of the officer and slam him face first on the ground and handcuff him.
"If you were going to arrest me with assault on an officer atleast it better be truuuueee."
McManus gets off the cold asphault pulls his pepperspray out of his pouch and hits Apollo in the eyes with it. The other officers lift Apollo up and throw him into their squad car. McManus walks back to his car and talks into his camera again.
McManus: "You never know what to expect from a drunk driver, but it looks like this guy wont be hitting bars for a while, more like sitting behind them."
The screen goes black. But slowly turns into a television set with a man who had recently just turned the screen off.
"It's been three months. I've served my time, I've made my mistakes. I've lost my band. I've lost my girl. But I'm back. I'm coming for my girl. I'm coming for blood, and then for Gold. Look out."
