*The fades in with Dake sitting on a chair. Behind him a banner hangs. It reads "RF Video." Of course you can't see the entire RF logo because Dake is partially sitting in front of it, but you can still make out what it says. Dake is obviously sitting in a hotel room. The window for the hotel room is too his left and slightly open letting a beam of light in. You can see the dust circling around in the beam of light. Dake is wearing normal street clothes and he is laughing, but at the moment there is no sound. Text appears on the screen.
The shot fades out and fades back in, with basically the same scene, only the beam of light coming from the window is now not there. The curtain is totally pulled over the window and only the artificial light from the lights in the hotel room are on. A voice from behind the camera starts to speak.*
Voice: Ladies and Gentlemen thank you for being with us today. We are very excited to bring you XGWO and WCF legend, Dake Ken.
*Dake smiles and nods his head.*
Dake: Thank you.
Voice: We are going to go over a few topics today, not so much about the past but more about the present. Things like the current condition of the WCF, Aftermath, which is the WCF's Pay-Per-View tomorrow night and just different backstage stories and events that have been going on since Dake has made his return to the WCF. So, moving right along, Dake if you're ready to being we're set.
Dake: Yeah, let's start!
Interviewer: We were all pretty sure we had seen the last of you when you left the WCF last time. What brought you back.
Dake: To be honest man, Seth shot me an e-mail, directly, and we just hit it off. You know, when I left last time I wasn't very happy. I thought we were going one way with a story and we weren't and ... you know it just didn't work, but that made this return so great. I mean, no one saw it coming, besides in the world of WCF I've always been a heel. Not for one moment have I really been a face. You know I had my little turn with Neo back in '04, but for the most part I've always been a heel, twenty-four seven. So it was really nice to come back as a face, and even though I'm probably always going to be a tweener, I like the fact that I still get cheers. Let's me know I'm still over. Hahah.
Interviewer: In the past you've been known to be a real politicain. So, naturally, we expected you to go over Johnny Reb in both the matches you two had, but that wasn't the case. Do you still lobby as hard, or are you just taking a back seat this time?
Dake: You know, that's a weird answer. It's maybe not as clear cut as yes or no, hahah. I, uhhh, you see ... I'm at a different point in my career. I realize that I've already been around, and I've already done what I wanted to do with my run. I wanted to be the XGWO World Champion, and I was that and I still am, technically. The WCF is now a chance for me to put on some really great wrestling matches on and give the fans a great show every night. Do I want to be the champion? Yeah I do. Am I going to lobby for that right? Yes, I am. However, I'm not going to bury people, and if they deserve it, I'm going to put them over. Johnny Reb might be green, but WCF needs a new main eventer. I really look forward to feuding with him in the future because he's probably one of the best in the WCF right now.
Interviewer: So is there gold in the future for Dake Ken?
Dake: I guess that's probably up to Seth. I know he hates these things. I know he hates shoots, and he really didn't like it last time I did a shoot interview, but I figure that even if I don't get gold, my legend is established. That's the difference between me now and then. Hahah. Right there! I would have never said that a few years ago. Here I am now though! ... Hahah, but yeah. It's up to Seth, I think I deserve a run as the man.
Interviewer: Well, you say Seth doesn't like shoots, but wasn't there some type of backstage like issue recently?
Dake: Yeah, it was something with Logan and J.O.B. ... Jack of Blades. They ... I don't know, they were fighting or something, look ... I don't really know or care. I don't give a shit about Logan and I think this entire angle their shooting ... heh ... shooting for sucks. I think it's a big pile of junk. Basically, they brought me back to help fight off this giant heel stable ... so ... what the hell does Logan do? He decides to bring in ANOTHER heel stable, and now all the classic WCF guys are involved and it's just the same shit done again, and no one cares. I'm tired of seeing Creeping Death, or Corey Black, or whoever the hell he is try to fight off the Team of Treachery and some how Torture is involved. I'm tired of the WCF being all about them and I really want some of the new talent to shine through, and that's why I don't mind putting people over.
Interviewer: I believe the majority of people agree with you.
Dake: I hope they do.
Interviewer: You think Slickie T's return will help get the attention where ... maybe it should be?
Dake: Dude, to say I'm pumped about Allen being here is an understatement. Man, Allen is the fucking man and I look forward to working with him to make this a better place!
Interviewer: Do I smell an Elite version 2?
Dake: No. He's another XGWO guy, but it's been done. The Elite was something special. It was three friends, doing what we do, better than anyone else. It was ... it can't be replicated again. Ever.
Interviewer: Will we ever see you three come back together?
Dake: I don't know, but I wouldn't get your hopes up. Trent is pretty much done, and X has been making movies ... that don't sell ... but still. I'm the only one left man, and this is probably going to be my last run, so unless they get the itch real soon, it probably won't happen.
Interviewer: So I assume we'll never see Dake Ken vs. Trent Hunter.
Dake: Not by the looks of it.
Interviewer: A lot of people are going to be unhappy with that.
Dake: I know, but it's simple reality. I really want that match to happen, because it would be the most classic ... oh my god, we'd tear the roof down.
Interviewer: You think your match tomorrow would give it a run for it's money?
Dake: Huh?
Interviewer: Hahah, Tank Reaper, you think your match with him would be as good as you and Trent?
Dake: HAHAHAH! Oh man. Look, Tank is a good dude, but yeah ... you know.
Interviewer: I'm assuming you won't be putting him over tomorrow.
Dake: Well ... as of now ... no, I am not putting him over. However, Seth doesn't like shoots ... or ... didn't.
