man we need to recruit people! I feel we could use 4-5 more consistent people. I reached out but i burned a lot of bridges in the past and well got a whole lot of no’s.
I suck at the twitter and facebook so yeah im no help there.

Most of the people I know don’t fed any more. I could hit up discord to promote WCF but Dan can be a bit of a diva and Vin would be the perfect nemesis for Odin but Vin usually goes where the diva goes

Theres legit hundreds of E feds and hub promotions. you start poaching talent and you won't last long. but you're thinking, so good on you for that. |

How about we don’t technically “steal” or “poach” talent? Let’s say that I “join” another promotion, I come up with some excuse that seems reasonable to quit, other people follow me back to here. This is just hypothetical, but sometimes you have to play dirty to get clean in the end.

I am 100% on the record as saying no one in this fed is to go out and poach talent from other feds. If you get into a conversation with someone that wrestles elsewhere and you talk up WCF, that's fine. You can even invite them to come and check us out. But the line gets crossed if you go to their boards and start posting about WCF or if you start trying to convince them to quit their fed and come here. Like Odin said, people talk. Twitter is now the #1 recruiting tool out there and everyone knows how fast tweets get circulated around, so all it takes is one person saying "This guy is poaching for his fed, don't go there" and we're suddenly public enemy number one.
So this is to everyone out there, do be careful if you decide to venture out and recruit, don't leave a bad mark on the fed by doing things the wrong way.

Not trying to poach! We've done a lot of stuff with crossover live chats before (Seth coming to my fed when I ran it, me and others popping over here), just a fun little event you can do on top of WCF!

I hate to say this as brutal as it is for me to say, but I'm going to say it due to my experience with it, but twitter is fucking cancer. Too many people cause drama on there every day.
I hate the whole recruit idea about twitter being the number one thing and I would like boards of RK to come back. I have an idea that could get people to join. Have you thought about doing affiliates with other feds? That's another way to potentially gain new members and promoting feds, provided you make an afflict button for WCF.
BTW E-fed knights is still around, just under this name of Occupy Pro Wrestling now, that's all.
