This is regrettable under the circumstances, but I can't avoid reality. With an unpredictable work schedule that will only get more intense as the summer season kicks off (I'm currently working in the lawn & garden department at Lowe's), the job is cutting into my most productive writing hours, and when I'm off, I'm recovering from the work.

Additionally, I've been on the verge of burn out for a few months now and I'm kinda out if ideas. And my mental health has been in decline for unrelated reasons, but that's also affecting my attitude and relations with people here.

So I'm going to take a step back from active competition for a while. I'd like to still help out with matches as I can, but I can't make any solid promises. Anyway, I'll still check in, but officially, Bonnie Blue is on hiatus for the foreseeable future.

Sorry, guys. Real life is a bitch sometimes.

What makes you think nobody wants you, Bonnie? I like to think you're very well respected around here and people want you to stay. As I encountered problems with a lot of people wanting me to leave this game, but from the support of other people in other feds and here, they encouraged me to stay and stick around. However I understand that real life and job comes first. I certainly would miss you because the fact is, you push limits beyond anyone can reach in this game.

I appreciate the kind sentiments. I wasn't really fishing for reassurance, just to be clear, but thank you all the same. My perspective may be off because of some deep seated self esteem/anxiety issues, but I've felt for a while like I'd worn out my welcome here. (There are reasons, but it's not worth going into them. I may be wrong, I dunno.)

The larger overall factor is work, though. I just need a break for a while.
