Discontent is brewing amongst both upper management and with fans of the company following the subversion of the usual 'Winner of War gets one on one match for the World Title at One' to devolve it into the classic WCF trope of clusterfuck booking. The potentially progressive storyline and match of Savage vs Blue, a match that many were looking forward to as being a classic in waiting and a first for the company has taken a backseat with the addition of also-ran veterans Balfore and Richards.
Personally? I think my bank balance will thank me because for this one folks - I'm out.

Clearly somebody has never heard of the word suspense, tension, or isn't on track with how you build a match. You don't have that match immediately. The fatal four way is the right call because that's where the action is. There's your meaningful story line. It's a lot like actual real life. Any thing can happen, and things don't always go the way you envision them.
If Bonnie Blue is everything she claims to be then she'll win the match, and the suggested Noble Savage vs Bonnie Blue match will happen. But if she can't even get through a routine match that every champion faces well she doesn't deserve to move on to a bigger match.

That throws a wrench in things. Would you rather have Noble Savage vs Bonnie Blue wasted by Rabid interfering? Or would you rather wait until this other business sorts itself out, and then you get the match Noble Savage vs Bonnie Blue later as everything it's suppose to be?

A source close the situation said 'He's the type of man who would add Lesnar and Hogan to Rousey and Lynch because 'a woman just can't draw and we need big names to sell the venue'.

Personally I'd have had Odin/Richards for the #1 contendership, but you won't hear me complaining.
One is about Resolution, ya dig? Nobody should leave One feeling like there's hanging plot threads. We get the end of all these emotions we've held up for ages.
This match, its about more than the world championship. It's about proving definitively who is the BEST in the world. Not the best who happened to have a contractually obligated title match.
Besides, 4-way means that upper echelon is significantly cleared out a bit. More room for those of us who have main evented the last 5 slam cards. But who's counting?
