If WCF was a real life promotion and all of our characters existed, who would you make the face of the company and why? Meaning who would be your John Cena or Roman Reigns? They can be face or heel. You can’t say yourselves. This is just a random question, no wrong answers and no hard feelings.

An american version of NJPW I wouldn't have one top face or heel, I'd have a few with Noble Savage, Odin and Richards as faces. Heels would be Bonnie, Singh and Michael X.

"Dirtsheets reveal that Teo del Sol has gone missing again, possibly due to the result of chronic laziness and mental problems, fans are thinking this is due to the Roman Reigns heat he has been given as a result of Corey Black's obsession with-" "Sorry about that folks, our host worked himself into a shoot. In other news, a Beach Krew Themed Nostalgia Pay-Per-View could be in the works, we go now to our inside man, Hank Brow- I mean...Hank Taupe" "YOU BLEW IT AGAIN, I'M OUT OF HERE!" "HANK NO!"

People who are around the WCF generally know what's what. So if it were a real life organization you'd likely have your faces, and heels established all ready. More important would be setting up feuds, and champions, along with long term interest to keep your audience happy, and part of that would be that every body would get a chance at all of the titles. And are you going to call them titles or championships. Is it going to lean toward sports, or more toward entertainment. Or a mixture of both. Wrestling is all ready in the title of your company you're immediately thinking its pro-wrestling. Whatever that means to your audience members. So wrestling heavy with interesting angles.
So here is a short run down of how I'd do it
World Champion: John Rabid-heel Television Champion: Teo Blaze-face Hardcore Champion: Odin Balfore-heel Tag Team Champions: The Guardians: Bonnie Blue/Alex Richards- heel
although you need an equal number of faces, and heels so your audience doesn't get tired of what's happening but angles that keep their interest is of more importance. Turning your characters face, and heel at the right time is of importance, and if we were all involved we'd have to work with each other for current, and long term plans. Secrecy being important. You don't want your plans leaked, and you also want to make it as real as possible for the audience. That means being professional even when things don't necessarily go your way.
Establish your champions, and then create feuds to create interest. Create good TV, and quality pay per views. or even broadcast for free on You Tube. The main important thing would be that if your wrestlers, are also bookers behind the scenes everybody can get their input in, and know what's going on. Who needs a break, who should be elevated, and when.
When it does come to multiple reigns then I believe the information should be tight lipped. Nobody should know what's going on, and the talent should know at the very last minute. It should be done where nobody sees it coming. This would be harder as time goes on but if you planned in the long term then you could find ways to be different, and get those reactions out of your audience.
Wrestling is about emotion, and when you get enough emotion out of your audience then your product blurs the lines, of what's real, and what isn't. That's how it should be. You should get lost in the show. But behind the scenes you should be able to work together, and collectively book matches, and finishes that will not only make it real for the audience but make it real for you.
I have often thought about creating, and actually working on all of this stuff for the long term. Sadly I don't have the funds or the contacts to get it done. But that's just a brief over view of how I'd handle things if it were real.

Pretty much. Odin would be the obvious monster heel that poor Teddy would try to have to overcome. Then you've got all those guys that could move into either role, like X, the various members of the Guardians, etc.
