Gimmick: Tanbark is an early 20's Native American whose 'American Dream' is to perform every night in front of a sold out arena playing drums for his band Triangle or dominating the competition inside the wrestling ring. The thrill and excitement has pushed Tanbark to who and what he has become. The Pride of the Navajo weighs in at just over 300 pounds and stands at 6'6". Tanbark loves to rock and loves to fight so be prepared.
Height/weight: 6'6", 300 lbs.
Hometown: The Deserts of New Mexico
Alignment (Face/heel/neutral): Neutral
Appearance/attire: Tanbark wears dark blue wrestling shorts with dark black wrestling boots. A blue strap is taped tight around the biceps of both arms while both wrists are taped up with dark blue tape too. A few scars on the face area, with tribal tattoos down both arms, and legs with other tribal tats on his back and chest. Tanbark is a very muscular and ripped machine who dominates inside the ring.
Outside of the ring: Tanbark wears real baggy dress shirts and dark jeans with generic shoes.
Entrance and music: Teardrop by Massive Attack starts off smooth and slow. The Arena goes black with a light shade of blue smoke rising above the ramp, the stage, and the sell-out crowd in attendance. Matrohska Griffin appears on the top of the stage while Tanbark walks slowly out behind her. Both of them stop at the top for a large firework display and just then the theme song picks up it's beat and gets more intense. Matrohska leads Tanbark down the ramp while the fans reach out to try to slap five with their new favorite combatant. Matrohska allows Tanbark to step into the ring using the corner steps and makes his way inside. Tanbark, who never lost his intensity the entire way down looks deep into the camera while the lights come back on. The music fades out as Matrohska takes her spot on the outside of the ring.
Style (Technical, hardcore, brawler, powerhouse, etc.): Powerhouse-Brawler.
Favorite Moves (At least 5): headbutt, powerslams, scoop slams, punches, elbows, big boots, a spin wheel kick, running splash in corner, brain buster, and any regular suplex.
Trademark move and description: Eyes Wide Shut: Tanbark slams the opponent down from a scoop slam, and then stands on the middle rope. Tanbark hits a stiff leg drop right across the face of his opponent.
[Tanbark can be on the turnbuckles in the corner or the middle rope in the middle of the ring.]
Finisher and description: Dream-Catcher: Tanbark picks up the opponent quickly then spinning into a stiff spine-buster/sidewalk slam.
Manager? If so, name and description: Matrohska Griffin is the manager of the band Triangle and the professional wrestling career of Tanbark.
