Prologue:
Regaining
We don't get great by never losing. We get great by overcoming and bouncing back from loss. Loss is inevitable. It happened to the best of the best. It would continue to happen. Yes Kennedy Matthews was simply beaten by Teo Blaze after only being a week long Television Champion. She was given a chance to regain it at Helloween. Illinois would be the rematch between Teo Blaze and Kennedy Matthews and if Slam was any indication, we were in for a hell of a fight. Would Kennedy Matthews be refocused this week as she attempted to get HER title back or would the festivities of Halloween overshadow her focus?
Scene 1:
It's Coming Home!
The scene opens to show Kennedy Matthews sitting in a makeup chair. She is spinning back and forth as she seems to be contemplating everything that had happened recently. She was Television Champion before Slam and now she was nothing again. She is thinking as she notices the camera behind her.

You know it is kind of funny that people keep sneaking up on me. First it was Teo on Slam and now this idiot cameraman. It is ok though. I keep hearing the fact that I lost the Television Title and you are right, I did. However, Halloween, or rather, Helloween, is the night of tricks and treats. My treat is coming in the form of the Television Title. I took my eye off the prize and I paid the price. This week, I am more focused than ever. I am the one person who can bring relevance to the Television Title. British wrestling has always been about being stronger and tougher than the rest of the world and Teo will learn that very quickly this week as he steps in the ring with a more focused individual than he faced last week. I am not easy to beat once but to beat me twice is simply amazing. Teo, you are simply...not. You see, in the words of some of England's smartest musicians, The Lightning Seeds, David Baddiel, and Annie Skinner "It's coming home!" I know what you are already thinking. But Kennedy, that song was written about football and the World Cup and you would be right, however, it is also about a return to greatness which is what my week has been. Working out, talking with fans, and simply getting back to the greatness that is Kennedy Matthews. Back to the greatness in front of my family who has the gall to show their faces in my business as they have already said they will be in attendance. I want to prove to myself, to the WCF Galaxy, and most of all to my family that I am my own woman. I am not hanging my hat on who they are but rather I am paving my own road to success and the WCF Television Title is but the beginning. I am in the prime of my life and the prime of my career and I will be damned if anyone is going to take that from me. Here we go, Teo. One more time. One more dance to make this little feud we have built be that much better. To push the ratings to the absolute best they have been in ages. I am tired of being held back against the likes of you so I will say this. WHEN I regain the WCF Television Title, I will NOT be giving you another opportunity. I will be giving more opportunities to those who deserve it and quite honestly you just don't deserve it. How does it feel to take Lilianna Rose's place as Corey Black's little butt buddy? You know Teo, I said it last week, and I will say it again. I don't respect you anymore. You are simply not someone who deserves respect. You are sure as hell NOT someone who deserves to be holding the WCF Television Title. You shouldn't be in the vicinity of any title here in the Dub. You are one person who has quickly become a thorn in my side as well as someone that is more inconsistent than Jayson Price's hemmoroids. You are more predictable than a James Wolf match. NEWSFLASH... he loses this one too. You are a loser. You got lucky. Lightning won't strike twice. You are someone who needs to just hang it up.
Kennedy spins around in the chair as she laughs.

Teo, what do you bring to the WCF to bring ratings besides overusing a already overused motto like "Must See TV." All you are is must kill jackass. That is what I see when I see your annoying smile. Everytime I see you on my TV, on my computer, on my phone, I just wanna vomit. I want to turn everything off and just go back into a primitive nature. I am so tired of seeing your face and I will make sure we never have to see it again after I put you in the hospital. I will make sure the Dub is saved from ever having to see you again. I will make sure you are yet again a failure of a champion. I will make sure you are nothing, an afterthought as I solidify myself as a current staple as well as what I will become. You see, again I will do something quickly that it took you years to do. I will become a two time TV Champion. Only took you three years, will only take me three weeks. I will completely rid the Dub of you this time for good. I will do what Dune couldn't. I will outlast you after I defeat you. I am tired of you. The fans are tired of you. The wrestlers are tired of you. Let's be real Teo. You..are tired of you. You just dropped the mask because you couldn't stand who you had become. You couldn't stand the joke you were so you traded your mask in for fame and fortune in the form of a silly annoying persona who no one likes. I have rewatched your promo from last week and I realized why I lost. I lost because you spoke but said nothing. I was confused. I was thrown off. You won't throw me off my game this week. I am strictly here to take what is mine and bring the TV title back home. See you on Slam.
Scene 2
Speaking with Sadie
The scene opens showing Kennedy Matthews' laptop where her Skype begins ringing. The camera zooms out to show Kennedy shaking her head as she looks on at her sister calling her. She answers it.
Sadie Matthews
Sissy! You answered me.
Kennedy interrupts her quickly.
Kennedy Matthews
How many times do I have to tell you. I am done with you all. I will not be in your shadows anymore.
Sadie quickly retorts.
Sadie Matthews
Ken. No one is asking you to. We never wanted you in our shadows. We wanted you in the forefront and you are there. You are right, you don't need us. We need you. We are so proud of you. We are going to be there to witness you get your payback on Teo at Helloween. We are going to be in the front row. We are so excited.
Kennedy puts her hand in front of the camera.
Kennedy Matthews
Sadie you are so full of yourself it isn't funny anymore. You are all about Sadie, Sadie, Sadie. You always have been and always will be. You think I am going to believe that you, mum, and dad are going to be there for me out of nowhere? The same people who got mad at me for staying in America, and in the business after you broke your bloody neck? I am not dumb.
Sadie, obviously furious at Kennedy bringing up her injury, yells back.
Sadie Matthews
Ken, we were fucking worried about you. We didn't want you to get hurt. We didn't want you to end up like me at such a young age. We wanted to protect you.
Kennedy laughs again.
Kennedy Matthews
Protect me or protect your legcacy? After you left the business, I became a two time world champion. I am now a two time TV Champion over as many companies. I am known more than you EVER thought of being. I have done more at 25 then you did by the time you retired at 30. I am ready to take over the WCF and I will do it WITHOUT YOU! I don't care if you are there or not. I will win either way. I will keep my spot at the top of this company while you all fuck off to bloody hell. Now if you will excuse me, I need to go work out and focus on MY career and forget about you.
She slams the laptop closed as the scene fades to black.
Scene 3
So Much to do
We see Kennedy hitting a heavy bag over and over as she yells her feelings.
Kennedy Matthews
Sadie is nothing to me. Teo is nothing to me. I am so tired of everything and everyone trying to throw me off my game. I am tired of everything stacking up against me and I will not be deterred in my attempt to regain my title. I am on a mission and this Queen is pissed off. I am not going to lose again to this idiot. I am not going to let anyone stop me. The end of 2018 is the beginning of 2019, the year...of....Matthews...
She hits it another couple times before stopping to take a drink of her water. She hits the bag more.
Kennedy Matthews
Anyone else wanna try to hold me back? I will not allow it. I don't care if you are Ultimate Destroyer or if you are Odin fucking Balfore. I will not be stopped. I will not be stopped. I will not be halted on my way to the bloody top. I will not allow anyone to stand in my way as I regain my throne and rule with an iron fist. It all begins with Teo and the goal is the moon. See you all at Helloween.
With that the scene fades to black.
Epilogue
What Has Come To Pass
Kennedy Matthews was starting to believe that she was on her way in the WCF. She was convinced that she would win back the Television Title from Teo Blaze, along with both stones, and she would be headed to bigger and better things. She had her family to worry about as well as her own reservations. She was focused more this week. Would she be able to live up to her own words and make them a reality? We would find out at Helloween...Trick...Or...TREAT?
