Prologue:
The TV Star
Television Titles were normally stepping stones in any federation. The WCF was no different. Names like John Rabid, Creeping Death, Teo Del Sol, and Zombie McMorris had all held the title. These were all household names. Kennedy Matthews was looking to add her name to the list of the immortals. To do so she had to defeat the undefeated Kurt Navarro.
Scene 1:
Analyzing the Analyctic
The scene opens to show Kennedy Matthews holding a camera and acting like she is taking pictures. She smirks as she throws the camera to the side. She is in her hotel room. She speaks softly.
Kennedy Matthews
Imagine you have just come home from a long night of spying through windows with a camera on a creepy job you were hired to do. How do you sleep at night Kurt? What happens when you overanalyze someone?
Kennedy laughs as she lights a cigarette.
Kennedy Matthews
Ask James Wolf? He was so focused on me and my smoking that he lost his match and then I attacked him, knocking him out. Then what did you do Kurt? You choked me out. I admit it. You choked me out. I let my guard down and you left with the Television Title. That will NOT be the case this week on Slam. Lightning doesn't strike twice Kurt. The undefeatable is always defeated. Rome fell. Lucifer fell from Heaven, so will Kurt Navarro fall from grace at the hands of the Television Queen, Kennedy Matthews.
Kennedy takes another drag off of her cigarette as she speaks again.
Kennedy Matthews
Halloween, or rather Helloween for the WCF Galaxy, is right around the corner. Time for all the tricks and treats. What better treat than Kennedy Matthews being crowned the NEW Television Champion and making her mark on the WCF as the first person to defeat the ever elusive Kurt Navarro. I mean, Kennedy Matthews, holder of the Television Title AND the Gravedigger stone has a nice ring to it. It is only fitting I win them both on the same night seeing as Gravedigger was a Television Champion and is a Hall of Famer. He is someone I would like to have my name attached to.
She takes one final drag off of her cigarette before putting it out.
Kennedy Matthews
How is it you are undefeated Kurt? Let us have a look at your match history here in WCF. Match one was against Stephen Singh. The man I fought in my second match in the company. Sure you beat him. Beginners luck I say. You simply got lucky, that's all. Match two was against Buff Mustache. I mean who hasn't beaten Buff Mustache in many different ways? Your third match was a tag match with Odin Balfore as a partner. I think Amos can win a match with Odin Balfore as a partner. You then took on Red Dragon which is like a football, or soccer team for these losers in Arkansas, team playing a high school team in a scrimmage. Easy win! You then took on Kid Dynamo, after his odd pairing with Teo Del Sol, which is when Kid became not really himself anymore. Again that doesn't impress me. You then defeated Night Rider for the Television Title. I think Night Rider was riding a little high from knocking off Dune rather recently. He was caught off guard. Going to say this isn't a win as much as it is a lucky draw. You then defeated Night Rider again. Does beating the same person twice count? Then was your tie, War. Which Noble Savage won. We won't talk about that. Then you defeated James Wolf which, let's be honest, a paper plate could pin James Wolf. None of your victories, aside from Singh, really is much to write home about. Analyzing this I see that you haven't fought anyone like me yet. You haven't fought the wrestling royalty. You will step in the ring with a Queen this week. This week, you lose! All Hail the Television Queen.
The scene fades to black.
THE END
Words : 1000
Mentioned : Anyone and Everyone
Notes : Not really how I wanted to win the TV Title. Good luck in life Navarro!
