"Midnight Rider" by the Allman Brothers Band plays. The crowd is anticipating someone, anyone, probably a famous wrestler, or at least a decent one, and instead they get this greasy turd with a mop of dark hair.
This asshole wanders out from behind the curtain. He's wearing a leather jacket that looks like it was lifted from a Clash concert back in '82, an old pair of jeans that are barely held together by a prayer, and surprisingly fly velcro shoes. He wanders down to the ring as the crowd is deflated by his presence. He looks like a grungy version of one of them. A far cry from the gods and titans they've come to expect.
He stumbles into the apron, climbs on, nearly falls off, and then decides that discretion is the better part of valour, so he rolls in under the bottom rope. He wanders around until the referee shows him to his designated corner where he slinks down and awaits the opening bell.

He fights like the Tasmanian Devil got a wild hair up his ass and decided to take it out on the closest person.
