*The scene opens in Davey's' office. Davey is on the his cell phone, and Outcast is pacing up and down, the People's Title laying on Davey's desk.*
Davey: I know. I know, Rick. I know. Listen....just listen...no..that would NOT be a good idea. Besides that is why we have Merc with us. Dammit Rick no. Listen we can't just go around knocking owners of off there chairs. ....I know I've done it, but this isn't what Team NCW is about...it's about a war, not an invasion. Besides, we want Mr. Carr to run the show...not you...or any of us. I know it's bullshit. Hey man, I'm not to happy about the card either. Outcast and Merc are the only ones even booked. Not me, or you. AND none of Team NCW are even in the tournament. I know...Outcast would of won. Now he is forced to defend his title in the first match on Slam..against a rookie none the less. Right...yeah...that'll be fine. OK. Bye.
*Davey hangs up his phone and looks at Outcast, who is still pacing.*
Outcast: Dammit Davey this is ridiculous. When I resurrected NCW it was to teach respect. Now Seth AND the WCF are completely ignoring all of us. None of us our in the tournament for the Television title. I am forced to fight Jay Williams...some no account wanna be for the NCW People's Title. The only one of us who got a decent deal was Merc. Creeping Death put him against the WCF Champion. Least he is showing respect to Team NCW.
Davey: Maybe we shouldn't underestimate this Jay Williams. RJ knows him, apparently.
Outcast: Yeah and where has his bitch ass been?
Davey: I don't know.
Outcast: Well, RJ has never been the most...reliable source of information. I don't care if RJ knows him or not. Jay doesn't know me. And that is not a good thing for him, especially now since I didn't capture the television title. You see, he is a rookie and part of WCF. So I can not go easy on him, he has to understand that NCW is the dominate name in this business. I hope this will knock some sense into him...so he asks to join Team NCW.
Davey: Why a rookie?
Outcast: Easy, we can mold him into what we want. A pure killing machine. A dominating factor that we can control and make WCF tremble for forgetting the name NCW.
