Cameras Fade In:
Scene opens up to the outside of Johnny Craven's basement where Chuck Watson is knocking on the door. After a while of receiving no answers, Chuck tries to open the door and all at once it just slams open and Chuck falls into the doorway. He gets up and walks into the basement, looking for Johnny Craven. He calls out for Craven to no response. As he looks around the place, he notices that everything has been destroyed and rummaged through. Couches are turned over, tables destroyed, pictures cracked and knocked off the walls, etc. Upon seeing this, Chuck Watson begins to panic and frantically pulls out his cell phone and quickly dials an unseen number. The phone is heard ringing all the while Chuck mumbling to himself, and after four rings, a voice picks up.
Voice: hello?
Chuck Watson: (in a somewhat scared voice): man...you ain't going to believe what has happened over here at Craven's place. Everything is demolished. I mean it looks as if someone set a small bomb off in this place. And on top of that, Craven isn't here.
Voice: You've gotta be f*ckin kiddin me man...? What do you think happened?
Chuck Watson: I ain't gotta clue. Someone could've done this. It could've been....no I don't think so. Have you heard anything from him yet?
Voice: Not me. I mean the last time I saw Craven, he was leaving the arena after Slam last Sunday. I haven't even heard from him since then. I wonder if Boone knows anything?
Chuck Watson: No, he probably doesn't. I mean he has enough to worry about with his match this coming Sunday at Timebomb against Outcast. Last place I saw Boone was at the gym preparing for this Sunday.
Voice: Yeah, you're right. Hey man...let me call someone who might know where Craven is...hold man. (Begins to call someone else.)
Chuck Watson: No problem man...(He begins to look around for any type of clue as to where Craven's whereabouts might be.
Voice: Alright man...they told me that Craven could be at the old warehouse off of highway 7. You know I remember when it was a chemical factory. I mean they tested all kinds of sh*t in that place. And before that, it used to be an old asylum.
Chuck Watson: I know where you're talking about. Why the hell would he be way over there? I mean, that place has been abandoned for years.
Voice: I know, but that's where they told me he might be. I say just meet me there and we'll try to search for him. I'll see you there in a minute.
Chuck Watson: No problem...by the way, who is this "they" that you keep talking about? Who the hell did you call? And how would "they" know where Craven is?
Voice: I don't know why they think Craven's there...they just do. And as the answer to who "they" is.......don't worry about it. I'll tell you later.
Cameras fade out for a few minutes and then pick back up at the abandoned warehouse. Chuck Watson is seen walking up to the doors of the warehouse with the voice who is revealed to be none other than "Sweet" Willy Carter. The chain that locked the doors to the place looks to have been cut recently. The doors are somewhat pried open and a faint smell of must and old chemicals whisks out of the doorway. Carter and Watson cover there faces with handkerchiefs and slowly walk into the warehouse. Carter pulls out a flashlight and begins to shine it around the whole place. Then they begin to walk through the place and down hallways.
Chuck Watson: Man...it's really quiet in this place. (To himself): of all places to be, why in the hell would Craven be here?
"Sweet" Willy Carter: I ain't got any idea...I just hope we don't get busted for coming in here.
Chuck Watson: Man....the cops ain't gonna come in here...not even their dogs could stand it in a place like this. And besides...if we do get caught, the cops will believe me way before they'll ever believe you, Carter.
"Sweet" Willy Carter: Good point....we don't ever get a break....man, Craven's going down if I don't get outta this place alive.
Chuck Watson: Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa....what's this "I" sh*t you're talking about here?
"Sweet" Willy Carter: Exactly what I said...if I get outta here alive, then my ass is gonna be gone, and you gonna be the only cat here to answer the cops....and guess who they gonna take in? Hell yeah...yo ass.
Chuck Watson: You know what...f*ck you Carter. You see, you forgot one thing...your desire is to get outta here alive...my desire is to keep that from happeneing..hahahaha.
"Sweet" Willy Carter: You're sick you know that Watson? Just Sick.
Just then, they start to hear strange noises. Things all around start to fall over, lights begin to flicker, glass is heard breaking from afar, and doors begin to slam shut. Both Watson and Carter freeze in their tracks and begin to tremble. Then all at once the noises stop. Watson and Carter look around and begin to walk forward when a light clicks on....(to be continued)
