And here I am with yet another championship here in the promotion that I got my start in. From the Cruiserweight, to the World, to the Tag Team and now the United States, all four of those titles have come in different manners. As we know, I was only a month into my career when I won the Cruiserweight. I was less then two years into my career when I won the World. Three years when I got the Tag Team. Now nearly five years later, I capture the United States Title.
Seems like a lot of milestones have happened here in WCF for me as far as championships go. I mean, I had won a couple of World Titles before the WCF World Title but nothing meant as much to me when I did it. Sure my reign fell apart but still, I beat Logan and Corey Black in the same match to capture the championship. One of the greatest nights of my career to say the very least. Then came the Tag Title win a year a couple of months later. This is the one match that changed my career for good.
I just didn't get enough rotation on a move I'd done plenty of times and nearly broke my neck. From the direct cause of that, I've become a different kind of wrestler now. I've become more methodical, strike based with a few head drop moves along the way. What Thunder did on Sunday night though was a smart move and I applaud him for it. He knows his stuff and by taking my knee out, he knew that my kicks would be nothing and I'd be forced to go with something else.
I won that match by the skin of my teeth. Thankfully I knew enough to pull it off but Thunder, I don't have a problem with facing you again so soon. I think we can produce another fantastic match. However, the result will be the exact same though. Well, I might not pin you but you'll lose either way because now that I have this title, I can finally build a legacy around my name when it comes to championships and being the best champion I can be here because in the past, I haven't been anything but a good champion.
My World Title reign, for the lack of a better word, was a fucking abortion. I never got to enjoy my Tag Title win. I didn't get much out of the Cruiserweight Title either. I can't explain why other then maybe the pressure of holding a title. This United States Title is the ground work and Thunder, I won't let you destroy this for me before I get started. I want to build my legacy and whether I have to pin you or make you tap out, I'll do it in a heartbeat.
Monday Night Slam, I will retain this United States Title by any means I have though, within' the rules of course. So Thunder, ball is in your court. Good luck.

The basement of the Kane mansion, the giant media room with the surround sound, explosions coming from it. The large TV screen shows a game of Grand Theft Auto IV. Sitting in a giant easy chair playing the game is Brad. He's having some fun as his twin brother Spike watches him shoot at the cops.
Right in the head! Nice shot.
Thanks bro. Once I die, we'll play something on Live.
Spike's face lights up, wanting him to die soon now. Brad smile goes away as a cop shoots in him the back with a shotgun.
Goddammit! I am not Tony Montana.
So, we're gonna play the old favorite, Halo 3.
Brad rolls his eyes, standing up to walk to the Xbox 360 before switching out the games. He tosses Spike a controller before sitting back down. They both grab headsets and plug them in before logging in and all that stuff. Just as they're about the play, the door swings open, there she stands. Brad sighs, wondering what could be wrong that would bring Megan down to the basement on the only night Brad plays video games.
What is it?
Lacey fell out of her bed and she's crying her eyes out, wanting you to take a look at her.
He nods his head, standing up before messing up Spike's hair, running out of the room and up the stairs. He hears his eldest daughter crying, popping into his girls' room. She's sitting on the floor, holding her arm, looking up to see her daddy coming to the rescue.
Daddy!
Brad kneels down next to her.
Did you hurt your arm pumpkin?
She nods her head, extending both of them with no problem. He pulls her up, sitting on her bed. He gives her a kiss on the forehead.
You're gonna be okay Lacey. You just got a little bump okay?
Okay...
A smirk is on his face, putting her back into bed, pull the blanket up over her.
Story?
He begins to think of one.
There was once a little princess named Lacey who lived in the magical kingdom of Bostonia. She lived in a giant castle with her three younger sisters, her aunts and uncles, her stepmommy but most importantly, her father the king. Once day, Lacey was playing with her kitten, Holy Bell before Holy Bell ran away!
Lacey gasps in horror, listening to her father continuing on.
Princess Lacey searched high and low for Holy Bell. She looked around her sisters, not finding the kitten. She asked her aunt and uncles but they didn't know either! Queen Megan said she had seen Holy Bell in her room with the king. Princess Lacey looked under the bed and she found Holy Bell taking a nap. She reached for the royal kitten but Holy Bell tried to run away again! With no other options, Princess Lacey began to cry her sweet little eyes out.
She's hooked on every word.
King Brad scooped up the kitten and took her to Princess Lacey. With his princess and kitten in tow, he put them both down for the night because they were oh so sleepy! They drifted off to bed and all was right in the kingdom.
Her eyes are closed, Brad giving her a kiss on the forehead. He stands up, backing out of the room, shutting the light off. A smirk is on his face, knowing that he loves doing this. He heads back to the basement to enjoy his night of video game playing with his brother and with Megan.
