I speak about the hardcore title all the time and j has talked about it being bigger but I guess defending the title isn't important so wins mean nothing... I guess it should be who hyped the title up more award... crazy j just wins matches i mean when I did talk about accomplishments people talked shit. I get it zt is only been around 6 months and we don't stroke egos of the former world champs but damn if talking about a belt is more important then defending the belt then I guess I don't see the value.... next week crazy j will hand out replica titles and tshirts as we sing the crazy core title song... Not getting OTY doesn't invalidate what you've done. |

Digger winning in a storyline match is all good and fine for the fun of reading the match. But actually putting shit loads of effort in to win (such as the J vs Wade match recently) should be >>>>>>>> storyline title wins

J. I apologize if youve mentioned it on the shows in a meaningful way in the past. I've never seen a promo that's just j saying how big of a deal the hardcore title is. If you did I apologize. I admit I skim at times. It I do try to read the ZT stuff as I really dig you guys as you know. If you did it on the Internet boards I apologize too because I don't read those unless I'm about to face someone. That's my problem not yours. It should be considered part of the universe I'm just blissfully ignorant of that. And yes, hyping the title is just as important as defending it. Hyping it AND defending it is the grand daddy. You have to hold the title for months before it becomes a story on its own. Keep up what you're doing and the hardcore division will be synonymous with crazy j as it is with zmac. |

Even if the match we're talking about was storylined, Bobby Cairo dropping a title to someone like that is huge, no matter who the person is. |

I've had years like that where I should have won awards but I've only won something a couple of times and only in situations where it was overwhelming. The OTY doesn't mean shit because people are biased. I quit worrying about shit like this once the People's Title was a popularity contest and nothing more. Your accomplishments speak louder than any award will. People will vote how they want to on any kind of poll about any kind of subject. If we were able to get an honest answer from each person about why they made their votes, I don't believe more than 20% of the voters do it logically and really research. Most people are biased (yes even non-Pantheon for the tinfoil hat people) and others don't research far enough back in the year and in many cases they weren't here so they don't care. |
