*The scene opens with Hank Brown sitting on a sofa. The room is the VIP lounge in Davey's Uncles casino. Outcast is sitting next to Hank on the sofa, Davey and Rick are not in sight.*
Hank: WCF and NCW fans I, Hank Brown, welcome you to this exclusive interview with Outcast. Outcast how are you?
Outcast: I'm fine, I'm...zen.
Hank: Zen?
Outcast: Never mind that.
Hank: OK..anyways, have you seen Steve Carr's explanation?
Outcast: I did..thus is the reason you are here. I am going to take everything he said, and give a response to it.
Hank: OK, Steve said that you hired goons, meaning Rick Mad and Davey Ortega, to attack him when he first tried to explain himself. How do you feel about this?
Outcast: Davey and Rick, number one, are not goons. Rick is a competent wrestler, and Davey is a tactical genius. As for the attack, they took it upon themselves to do it. At that part I was in the hospital and could barely talk. If Steve has a problem with the attack, he needs to take it up with them, not me.
Hank: How do you feel about Steve's reasons for joining Team NCW? With you two possibly having the same goals?
Outcast: We do have the same goals, but it is as he said..we have different ways of achieving them.
Hank: What are yours?
Outcast: Well, Steve has a more diplomatic way. I think him being more of an owner than an active wrestler has softened him. He despised my attack on Davey Boone after our match, but it had to be. Davey had to learn a lesson, and I had to teach it to him. When I first started all this, I made an example out of Chris Avery. I attacked him, and put him down for the count. That was three weeks before I would face him at Till Death Do Us Part. Do you know I felt when I did it? I felt justified. I felt free. I was so happy to go out there with a chair, and simple destroy Chris Avery. The fans hated it, and everyone in the back was confused. They were thinking ''This is Outcast, the nicest guy in the back. The fan favorite.'' Well the fans have truly never done anything for me, and when I betrayed them my stock soared. So what are my ways of getting things done? As violently as possible. Ask yourself..would anything change is we had it Steve's way? No. If we simply went out there, won, and left..no. We have to make examples and lessons. Chris Avery, Davey Boone, Creeping Death, the entire MCE division...think about it.
Hank: How did you make an example out of Creeping Death.
Outcast: I was hoping you would ask that. When I said that, I meant Team NCW did, Steve and Merc included. Remember, Payback..Team NCW..in its entirety..defeats CD and JoB. Did Steve have a problem with shifting the odds then? No..did he have a problem with knowing it would be a blood bath? No. I also did not ask for Merc. Steve did that on his own, he sent him to my aid on his own. So before he became known, what he do? Run out there, hit a trademark NCW move..and leave. Did Steve have a problem with THAT blatant cheating? No. Steve is being hypocritical.
Hank: Steve said you lived in the past. How do you feel about this comment.
Outcast: Before I answer that, I just want to say, for the record, that this is not a typical Outcast promotion. This is a response to a man who clearly is misguided. Now, before I answer that..and have it make sense, you need to understand something about me. I am a very private person. I rarely get involved with people that I work with. There are only three people who know and can loosely understand me. Mike Taylor is one of them, he is my brother. He is my friend, and if it wasn't for him I may not even be here today. The second person is Davey Ortega. Davey is a very good friend of mine. If it wasn't for him I may still be in rehab right now so I think of him as a brother. The third, is indeed my Explosion opponent Steve Carr. This man is responsible for me. Mike just brought up the idea of wrestling, and we went in it together. It was Steve who trained me, he mentored me. Before him I wasn't even known as Outcast, but as Bear Claw. It was him who helped me to the transition of BC to Outcast. Steve Carr turned me into an animal, pure and simple. He taught me to have no fear. Though he did teach me to have respect for my ''elders''. People who have been doing this along time. Now I can say I AM on the same level as them. Steve Carr thinks I am living in the past and I may be. I wear the dead NCW logo, and I represent what it was. Though WCF doesn't seem to get it, it doesn't click for them for some odd reason. So if I have to go out there and just beat it into them, then I will do that. It's not a question if Steve approves, the question is ''do you get it now?'' Steve says I am nuts, well that isn't new. People have always known me to be a little on the delirious side.
Hank: Will Davey or Rick be accompanying you to the ring at Explosion.
Outcast: I thought about it, and no. This is not a WCF vs NCW match like most of them have been. This is..personal. I have been in a lot of matches, and I have only..only..had two true feuds. One, was in NCW. One of the most oldest, and storied feuds with Hellz Angel. The other is in WCF. Think about it, what has WCF always had? They have always had a War match, they always had Seth Lerch, they always had me, and they always had Logan. So, the fixture in WCF that has always been and probably will always be is Outcast versus Logan. For seven years we have gone at it, and more than likely seven more. That will not change, me and Steve will not feud. This is a one time match because that is all it can ever be. Steve Carr made this personal when he betrayed me. Now I have been betrayed before, but never like this. I have never heard someone say they wish they had planned it. Steve how is what you did to me any different than what you are fighting? YOU attacked ME after the match. You put me in the hospital. Now you are complaining about the cheating and beat downs? Well you can complain all you want, but now it is time to put up or shut up. I will be out there, alone. I will be ready for you, the question is are you ready for me? You hurt me Steve, you really hurt me. I never thought you would betray the very man you for all intents and purposes created..but you did. Now you will pay the consequences, you will suffer the repercussions.
Hank: Are you going to be emotionally and mentally prepared for this fight?
Outcast: Probably not. So many things are racing through my mind. The fact that this is the guy. This is the guy I looked up to and wanted to be like..and now I am forced to fight him. I hate that fact, that it has come down to this. Though it has, and I have got to face it. Steve, you can go on with your second and third explanation, because I have already heard enough. I will be physically prepared for you at Explosion, but I refuse to take any responsibility for what I am going to do to you. I will not enjoy it, but a lesson has got to be taught, and I have to teach it. I'm sorry, dear friend.
*Outcast gets up and walks out the door, leaving a very confused Hank Brown.*
