According to TMZSports.com, ESPN.com, and FoxSportsNews.Com, current UCI World Heavyweight Champion, and former WCF Double-Reigning Champion, Andre Holmes is suing current WCF enhancement talent better known as "jobber", Lilith, on the grounds of racial discrimination, and illegal disclosure of WCF's ONE's backstage plans. The court date will be ruled by the end of the month with charges presented to Lilith:

- Voluntary Manslaughter.
- Racial Discrimination in a work environment.
- Illegial disclosure of confidential information.
- Assault with a deadly weapon.
- Sexual Assault.
- More to be disclosed later.

If proven guilty, she will be removed from WCF, and forced up to lifetime imprisonment with hard labor, and no chance of parole. More news to come later.
