Well, it’s been awhile, hasn’t it?
I guess that’s kind of a pointless question. Everybody knows it’s been awhile since WCF has been gone, so what’s the point of putting in a question form?
And what’s the point of spending this much time talking about it?
Anyway . . .
So, yeah, it has been awhile, and that means there have been some changes in the cast of characters, including a guy by the name of Thunder.
Quit laughing at the name. Yes, it’s a pretty stupid name, but he’s stuck with it, so just forget about it.
Sure, he was completely awesome back then. He even held three titles at one time. You who else in WCF history has done that? Nobody.
Well, maybe somebody else did at some point, but let’s just pretend he’s the only one. It sounds better that way.
But, believe it or not, he’s gotten better since then.
Oh, it’s actually true. Since then, he has won World Titles several times, bringing him to a level of awesomeness that cannot be measured if you disregard that awesomeness is something that can’t be measured in the first place. You see, it’s more of an abstract idea or concept which means when you get down to it . . .
Sorry. Got a little sidetracked there.
So now he returns to WCF a different man who is not only more confident in his abilities but is quite simply better.
And his opponent, the man who used to be Creeping Death? Well, he saw a little bit of a change in that other place too.
He just wasn’t the same. Most of the time he floundered, only with some few bright spots, but it was clear that it wasn’t the same guy that had done it all in the WCF.
Now the name has changed, but did that change anything else along with it? Time will soon tell. Will the man Thunder is facing be his old, dominating self again or will he still be that more pathetic shell of what he used to be?
One thing’s for sure. Thunder’s changed, so if Corey Black stands a chance, he better change as well.
