The scene opens with an in full costume, Captain WCF, sitting no more than 3 inches away from his 55 inch TV screen in his apartment in Reading, PA. It's very early in the morning, a time when the Captain would normally be asleep but not this particular night. Cap squeals with glee when the WCF Network Special Broadcast begins to air.
Hank Brown: "Good morning and good very early morning for our viewers in the United States. This is WCF correspondent, Hank Brown coming to you live from Kabul, Afghanistan where I have the distinct pleasure of being joined today by a familiar face..."
The camera pans over to a smiling Dustin Beaver, his handsome, chiseled features and blonde hair looking surprisingly on fleek for being in such a war torn country.
Brown: "Dustin, I think I speak for the entire WCF Galaxy when I say that it's a pleasure to see you again. How have you been doing?"
The Beavs looks around at his surroundings for a moment before facing Hank again to respond.
Dustin Beaver: "Well as you can see, these aren't the lavish surroundings in Canada that I'm used to. But you know, that's just fine with me! We've been doing a lot of good work out here, helping rebuild a place where people are truly in desperate need of help."
Brown nods as he looks down at some notes on his lap.
Brown: "Now Dustin, the WCF audience may remember you in a much different light than the good natured, volunteer that's seated in front of me. What exactly happened to Dustin Beaver after you left the WCF during the Mass Exodus?"
Beaver smiles as he recalls his recent past.
Beaver: "Well Hank, I actually went along with several other WCF wrestlers that left at that same time and joined a little startup wrestling promotion called 'United Championship Infinite', where I had a nice solid run with them. I kind of changed my perspective of the world while I was there, focusing more on what I can do to help others more than help myself. One thing led to another and while I was wrestling for them, I was offered this chance to come out here and really help battle world issues firsthand. I seized that opportunity and now here I am, talking to you ha ha."
More smiling and nodding from Brown follows Beavs' recollection as he glances back down at his notes.
Brown: "Now you mentioned you had a nice little run in UCI, as it's known, and I would agree with you there looking at these stats. You were the Television champ there for awhile and you also reached #1 contender status for the Tag Team titles with your former #beachkrew brother and now once again WCF wrestler as a member of Pantheon, Wade Moor. However you two came up just short winning those titles and then it looks like in your last match in UCI, Moor 'Broseidon Punched' you into unconsciousness. Are there any hard feelings still towards Mr. Moor after his actions?"
Beavs scratches the back of his head as he thinks about how to answer.
Beaver: "Here's the thing with me and Wade, we're brothers. And as brothers it's not going to be all fucking rainbows and unicorns all the time, ya know what I mean? During our time together as a tag team, I was pushing Wade hard to be a better person, to change into that guy that the fans cheer for because he's the "good guy". But you know, not everyone can be that "good guy", the one that goes to all of the charity events, that goes to kid's hospitals with every minute of their free time. I pushed Wade too hard to become someone that he's not and he snapped. Now could he have handled this anger he had for me at that time a different way? Ya know, I wish he would have, because that 'Broseidon Punch' fucking hurt ha ha, but do I still hold any ill will or anger towards him now for doing what he did? Absolutely not, I'm a fucking man, Hank, I don't hold grudges like some of the bitches in wrestling past, and sadly in some cases, present. Honestly, I'm not sure how Wade feels about the situation but I'd bet good money that if you were to ask him, you'd get a very similar response."
Brown holds his professional composure, keeping his eyes locked on the blue eyed, blonde haired warrior as Dustin spills his feelings out.
Brown: "Well since you've been here and away from wrestling, a lot of those same people who left WCF some time ago are now back. Many of those returning wrestlers were #beachkrew members who have now joined a few others to form the new 'Pantheon'. Have you been in contact with any of your old friends about coming back to WCF yourself or about joining them, including Wade Moor, in Pantheon?"
Beaver chuckles a little bit as he looks away from Brown to think about his answer.
Beaver: "Well that's the million dollar question right there, isn't it Hank? Ha ha. You know, I'm not one to hide things from all of the Beavlievers out there so I'll give you the straight answer. I haven't spoken with Lerch yet about coming back, I'm sure he's been too busy getting drunk anyways since that's what he does every waking moment of his life. Yes, I've been in contact with more than one member of Pantheon about joining them and what they're doing right now in WCF. I'm not going to tell you which members however, but I WILL tell you that I haven't spoken with Wade since our UCI split. And as far as actually joining them goes...you know, we'll see. I mean, I'd have to be stupid not to consider a place in such a powerful faction, they obviously have all of the talent that #beachkrew had, minus yours truly of course. Plus, they've added a couple of major pieces to the puzzle that are going to see them in wrestling power for quite some time."
Brown grins slyly at Beavs.
Brown: "So is that a yes then?"
Dustin laughs.
Beaver: "That's a we'll see, Hank. There's still a lot of work to be done here and I don't want to leave my Middle East mission feeling like I didn't do everything I could to help out here. Will I come back to wrestling some day? Oh yeah, you can BEAVLIEVE THAT."
Hank shrugs, looking somewhat satisfied with Beaver's answer.
Brown: "Well I suppose that's the best answer we could hope for at this point. That's all of the questions I have for you right now, Beavs. Thanks for taking time out of your busy schedule to chat with us today. Good luck with everything that you're doing over here and I hope that we'll see again someday soon in a WCF wrestling ring."
Beaver and Brown shake hands, Beavs turns towards the camera and winks.
Beaver: "Oh you'll see me wrestle again, all you have to do is... Beavlieve!"
As his TV screen fades to black, Captain WCF has a smile on his face like a little kid seeing his favorite movie star acting like a real person. The Captain turns to the WCF camera that has been fixed on him watching the exclusive Beaver interview.
Captain WCF: "Now that ladies and gentlemens, is how you conduct yourself professionally in front of live audience! None of the whining or complaining about things that happen to him in the past. Giving straight answers to questions asked, no hiding behind words that mean nothing! That why Dustin Beaver was always my favorite member of #beachkrew, such a professional in and out of the ring! If I could be half man that Great Beaver is, I would be very happy with that! And just like Mr. Beaver, I have very important work to do...but mine IS in wrestling ring!"
Cap then turns off the camera and climbs into bed, ready to rest up and begin another day as the WCF's super hero.
Location: Next Level Martial Arts in Reading, PA
Date: Wednesday October 26th, 2016
Time: 11:05 am
The scene opens with Captain WCF finishing up another martial arts class at the Next Level Martial Arts dojo. Sweat drips from the red costumed wrestler's face as he makes his way over to his belongings, saying good bye to all of his friends as they leave to get on with their days. Master C spots the Captain over with his things and makes his way over to the star pupil.
Master C: "Hey Cap! Good effort today, I know this last weekend was tough for you. How are you holding up?"
Captain WCF gives his martial arts master a smile and a thumbs up.
Captain WCF: "Everything is a-ok with me, Master C! Yeah it was tough with what happen to my...well my old partner, To-Mo-Hawk, but Supreme Super Ultra Mega Galactic Ruling Overlord of WCF, Mr. Sef Lich, give me new partner and great opportunity to become two time tag champ this weekend!"
Master C smiles, happy to know that Cap's spirits haven't been dampened.
Master C: "Yeah I saw that, looks like Mr. Lerch gave you a very capable partner for your big Tag Team Title match on Sunday."
The Captain nods furiously at the master's statement.
Captain WCF: "Yup, Teddo del Taco is multiple belt and current Intranet Champion! And not only have we teamed up before, but del Taco is former tag team champion too! With our experience and skill, I know there no team out there that can beat..."
Cap pauses for a second to see if he can quickly rack his brain for a clever team name.
Captain WCF: "...Team Japanese-Mexican Fusion!"
Master C chuckles at the makeshift name.
Master C: "Yeah, that's my favorite kind of restaurant! So I'm sure that name will work out for you guys just fine. So you're a little familiar with your partner, how about your opponents? You're up against two teams this weekend, right?"
Captain WCF's face turns a little more serious when the topic of opposition comes up.
Captain WCF: "That's right, Master. At Helloween, Teddo and I take on newer team of Stefan Sing and Clef of Boom and a team that I already familiar with because I hold win over them, Oblong and Cock Horny, or as I like to call them, Team Oblong/Cock."
Master C looks away in thought.
Master C: "Now remember Cap, the most dangerous foe you can face is one that you've already defeated. Just because you think you know how to beat them one way, doesn't mean they can't change tactics to overcome you the next time."
The Captain gives a single nod.
Captain WCF: "I have not fogotten your words, Master. I know that both Oblong and Cock are longtime wrestling veterans and they know every trick in book. Just like last time, I be ready for them to do anything to get win they think they deserve. But just because they been around forever don't mean that they get win just like that! I prove with To-Mo-Hawk last time that I have what it take to beat them, and that not going to be any different with del Taco as my partner!"
All of a sudden, Cap begins to laugh.
Master C: "What's so funny, Captain?!"
It takes Captain WCF a minute to calm himself back down.
Captain WCF: "Last time I face Oblong, I compare him to being around as long as dinosaurs. But you know, I think that a perfect example when you look at his career. He was once that mighty Tyrannosaurus Rex, stomping through the land, feasting on whatever he want to because there no one out there to tell him no. But then out of nowhere, a giant comet hit the earth and just like that, that mighty Tyrannosaurus was no more."
The Captain points at his chest.
Captain WCF: "No matter how much vulgar roaring or gnashing of teeth that T-Rex did as he stared on at his inevitable death, it did him no good. I am that giant comet, Master. I prove it in our first match and I know what I can prove it again. I capitalized on every single mistake Team Oblong/Cock made that match, and I'M the one that pinned what was once the unstoppable beast! Nothing going to change about that this time, I still just as ready for them as I was for first match. And as far as Cock Horny goes..."
Cap tips an invisible cowboy hat towards his master.
Captain WCF: "As far as Cock goes, let's just say that I'm going to be the one to make the old southern gentleman hang up his spurs once he loses this duel to me. You see, Cock is a throwback to an era where he was that old gunslinger that everyone was afraid to meet up with. He would give someone an evil glare and they would back off from him base on reputation alone. The problem with this way of thinking for Cock is that long ago, someone wasn't scared of his antics and they challenged him to what Cock thought was an easy victory. But for poor Cock, defeat was the only thing that he tasted. Ever since then, it been struggle for him to get back up on the horse and be the man he used to be. And being the WCF super fan that I am, I saw this long ago. I know that Cock is shell of the 'Billy the Kid' he still think he is today. I not afraid to show him once again that this is the case. I'M the sheriff in this town and I will be getting the bounty for Cock's 'Wanted' poster, dead or alive."
Before Master C is able to say anything about Captain WCF's remarks on Doc, Cap holds up a finger.
Captain WCF: "And another thing, I still really don't understand how these two are even a team. I mean, they faced each other AGAIN last week for the millionth time in recent memory. And they both lost to Rilith of all people, a wrestler that I beat my first week in WCF! How are two people that are constantly battling each other supposed to be able to find chemistry as a solid team based on trust? I notice last time they had problem and once again, I know they're going to be struggling to find what makes a good team, good!"
Master C looks impressed by Cap's analysis of his first pair of opponents.
Master C: "Fair enough, Cap, you made great points about that team. But what about the unknown to you team of Cliff of Doom and Steven Singh?"
The Captain scratches the back of his head as he considers this new duo of foes.
Captain WCF: "Well you know what I hear about Clef of Boom? I hear that he ready to hang up his boots. Apparently he no longer think he has what it take to cut it around here, much less be tag team champion. So honestly Master, I don't see him doing much in this match, other than standing aside as he watches how the guys who are able to stick it out get it done around here."
Master C strokes his chin.
Master C: "Ah yes, I do think I saw something about that. Too bad really, that guy seemed like he had a lot of potential. Oh well I suppose... Well what are your thoughts on Mr. Singh then?"
A look of boredom comes across Captain WCF's face.
Captain WCF: "He very long winded talker, I can tell you that! Stefan Sing obviously very full of himself and what he going to do and what he bring to table. Mr. Sing is all about...Mr. Sing. The strategy against Mr. Sing is quite simple. All I need to do is get WCF Galaxy behind me and use their energy to take the fight harder to him than anything he has experienced yet in WCF! Now I know many of the "experts" out there would pick Sing over the Captain because he is rising star in this company with unique skill set and aggressive temperament. But what Mr. Sing fail to realize is that you can use your charisma to get the crowd to rally behind you! Instead of just boring the crowd with how great you are, quickly tell them that you going to give them great show and then give them great show! That's what the Captain do, that's why the Captain such big threat EVERY match I'm in week after week! I not strongest, I not toughest, I not fastest, list go on and on. But I going to bring him fight like he never felt before because I not satisfied until WCF Galaxy standing on their feet cheering so loudly that the building shakes around them! I'll get up from whatever move he think can beat me with and come back throwing fists and feet of fury because that's who I am. I'm the super hero of the WCF Galaxy and I show them week in and week out that anything is possible as long as you put in the hard work and believe in yourself!"
The Captain chuckles a little bit.
Captain WCF: "And not to sound like jerk by stating the obvious, but it going to be very tough for Mr. Sing to win as one man team when he going up against a more than capable team like Team Japanese-Mexican Fusion and to a lesser degree, Team Oblong/Cock, sorry Stefan!"
Master C smiles but his smile quickly fades as he thinks of another issue.
Master C: "Now while I agree with what you've said about both teams don't forget Cap, this is a special kind of match. Not only do you get to split a $25,000 if you win, this is a Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match. Now you've never been in one of these kind of matches and I know that Doc Henry and Oblivion have both been in several of these kind of matches. What makes you think you're going to be able to best them in a match where it seems like they should have the advantage?"
Captain WCF smiles confidently, Master C's question not making him waver in the slightest.
Captain WCF: "Well Master, this where having a partner, like Teddo, with matches and matches of experience in different kinds of stipulations like this one will come in handy! I going to follow his lead and make sure that I know what is going on at all times. Being WCF super fan, I seen many TLC matches in past and I know that they going to be brutal, lots of furniture damage and destruction. But I super hero, I not scared of anyone...or anything! This match is just like any match I've been in since I get big WCF contract, just you know, with more things around the ring to hit people with! And just like I said before first match against Team Oblong/Cock, I know I going to get hit, in this case, maybe a little bit harder than normal... But just like that match, I going to use my toughness, I going to feed off crowd and get up if harm come to me. I not going to let myself down, I not going to let the people down! I going to keep showing them that I the hero they deserve, even when I faced with unfamiliar situation against foes that think they can win just because they been there before!"
Master C stares at Cap, pokerfaced as he continues to question him.
Master C: "So you're not afraid to hit another man with a chair, or set up a ladder to climb up to the top just to jump off of it and crash down through another man laid out on a table?"
Cap furiously shakes his head side to side.
Captain WCF: "I not afraid to do those things at all, Master, and I tell you why. Ever since I get to WCF, everyone look at Captain and think I'm just big joke around here. I can still hear it in their promos when they say my name, I can see it in their faces when I stand across ring from them. But you know what? I NOT A JOKE! I here every single week, I give my best effort every time I step between those ropes which is more than some people can say 'round here! Heck, I've even beaten some of the best people to ever lace up a pair of boots in this organization! But people just know Captain as silly guy that wear costume and makes kids cheer. Well on Sunday October 30th, live from XCel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minnesnowduh...The Captain is going to have his moment. I ready to climb all of those ladders and jump off the tallest part of that arena through every single table on to a giant pile of chairs if that what it take for people to start thinking about Captain WCF differently! I want people to remember me for being great wrestler, not just some sideshow attraction. I going to do that in this match. I know with an excellent partner like Teddo del Taco, that I'll be able to find a spot where I'll be able to show everyone, show the world that the Captain is one of the best wrestlers here, period!"
Master C beams, proud of his red costumed, yellow belt student.
Master C: "Good, now that's the answer I wanted to hear. I know that you can do this Cap, you've already shown the world that you're a champion and now you get the opportunity to do it again. After speaking to you, I have no doubts that you're in this one to win it."
Captain WCF bows his head.
Captain WCF: "I not going to let you down. I not going to let anyone that I care about or anyone that care about me down. I going to get my shield back, and with that reward money, maybe give shield nice gold edging or something like that."
Master C laughs.
Master C: "Well let's not get too ahead of ourselves. You concentrate on winning that match and then we'll worry about the everything else after that."
Master C's face turns to one of concern as he recalls something.
Master C: "Hey Cap, you know little Johnny, the boy that you helped with the bullying problem several months ago?"
The Captain motions with his thumb towards the door.
Captain WCF: "Of course I know little Johnny, I just say bye to him after he leave class today. It seem like he doing much better with everything."
Master C waves him off.
Master C: "Oh no, he is, he's going very well in school and he looks much better in class nowadays. In fact, he's finally ready to do his yellow belt testing this Saturday. I know it's very close to your wrestling match but I know it would mean the world to Johnny for you to be there to cheer him on when he attempts to test out. I know it's asking a lot but...do you think you could be here on Saturday at noon to be here for him. If not, I completely understand. I haven't mentioned anything to Johnny about you being here so he won't be let down if you're not looking on."
Cap flashes his white smile and raises his flexed, costumed right arm.
Captain WCF: "Of course I'll be here for Johnny! What kind of super hero would I be if I not here for one of my biggest fans?!"
Master C smiles and pats the Captain on the back.
Master C: "You're the best, Cap, now go home and rest up. I'll see you on Saturday!"
Without another word, Captain WCF scoops up his things and sprints out the door, ready to take on whatever challenges the world throws at him.

Time: 11:58 am
The scene opens with Captain WCF bursting through the front door of the Next Level Martial Arts dojo. He takes a look around and quickly spots a very nervous looking little Johnny standing in the middle of the main training floor in front of Master C. Johnny immediately notices the red costumed warrior after he storms into the dojo.
Johnny: "Captain! Did you come here to watch me test for my yellow belt?!"
Captain WCF strikes one of his best super hero poses.
Captain WCF: "Of course I did, Johnny! I wanted to be here to tell you to do your best and that I'll be here to cheer you on every step of the way!"
Johnny glances up at Master C. The master gives Johnny a nod and the boy runs over to Captain WCF, giving him a big hug.
Johnny: "Thank Cap, I know I can do this now that you're here."
Captain WCF makes his way over to the side with the other onlookers as Johnny takes his place back in front of Master C. Johnny is given his test and he passes every exercise his Master gives him with flying colors. Thunderous applause follows Johnny's successful testing, as tears of joy fill his eyes. After a lengthy amount of cheering, little Johnny confidently strides over to the Captain, a swagger in his step that had not been there before.
Johnny: "Thank you for being here Cap, but you have to leave now. You've got a match to win tomorrow."
Captain WCF kneels down to be eye to eye with his smaller friend and puts his hand on the boy's shoulder.
Captain WCF: "I know Johnny, and I not going to let you down. I will overcome this challenge just like you overcame your challenge today. I going to show you that anything is possible as long as you work as hard as you can and believe in the goodness in yourself and your team. No monster or evil cowboy, no classic martial arts bad guy who thinks he a star, wielding any weapon of mass destruction is going to stop me from showing you that!"
Johnny smiles and nods.
Johnny: "I know that...I'll see you in a few days, champ."
The friends give each other an epic high five and with that, Captain WCF goes sprinting out of the Next Level Martial Arts dojo, moving so fast that nothing could possibly stop him.
Location: Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport
Date: Sunday October 30th, 2016
Time: 6:45 am
The scene opens with the red costumed Captain WCF walking through the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Cap is surprised by how many people now recognize him, even without his championship shield, as they stop and ask him for pictures and autographs. Eventually, the Captain makes it out of there and he manages to flag down a taxi. He directs the driver to the five star hotel that Seth Lerch has set up for him and the driver begins the journey. As Captain WCF stares out the window at the unfamiliar surroundings, a small part of his costume begins to vibrate and he retrieves his phone from it's hiding spot. Cap chuckles as he see the name on the caller ID, he picks up after one more ring.
Captain WCF: "Teddo! How you doing today? You ready to become the new WCF Tag Team champions?!"
Teddy Sol: "Of course I am, Cap! ...Is that a serious question?"
Captain WCF: "Well yeah, I mean, kind of... I ready for this! I already know that I can beat Oblong and Cock, and with Clef of Boom saying bye bye, I don't think Stefan Sing have much of a chance anymore. Not against a great team like us anyways!"
Teddy Sol: "Yeah, Cliff mailing it in is a bit of a nice surprise. But don't for a second let your guard down, Singh is still dangerous and ... Obi and Doc know what it takes to win around here, they've done it a few times before."
Captain WCF: "Don't worry Mr. del Taco, I 100% ready for any crazy stuff that going to happen. I not going to let either team get upper hand, I have your back and I know you have mine!"
Teddy Sol: "OK Cap, it was Mr. del Sol and now it's Mr. Sol... but I suppose that's not what's important right now. Good, so you know that our opponents are going to be swinging around tables, ladders AND chairs everywhere and are going to try to be hitting you with said objects, correct?"
Captain WCF: "Yes I know this, I going to do the same right back to them! I not going to give up in this match until every single wrestler not in Team Japanese-Mexican Fusion is laying in beaten pile on the ground!"
Teddy Sol: "Wait, Team Japanimation Fission? Who the hell is that?"
Captain WCF: "Team Japanese-Mexican Fusion! That team name I came up with for the two of use, you like?!"
Teddy Sol: "I like those kinds of restaurants but I don't know about it as a team name for us... but whatever, it works for right now. Anyways, are you able to meet me at the arena early so that we can scout the place a little bit and prepare for our fight tonight?"
Captain WCF: "Yes! I go to my hotel to drop things off, then I will have driver take me to arena to meet you!"
Teddy Sol: "Good Cap, I'm ready to win these tag belts. I know that we can do it."
Captain WCF: "You bet we can, Teddo. We ARE the next WCF Tag Team Champions... BANZAI!!!"

Location: Next Level Martial Arts in Reading, PA
Date: Saturday October 29th, 2016
BANZAI!!!"
