He was beginning to get tired of the islands. As much as he loved the partying and banging the hell out of Kendra, he was beginning to miss the city life. He had already spoken to Kendra about how he felt. She wasn't happy but didn't blame him. He got her information from her so they could keep in touch when they were state side once again. He would be glad when Slam was done and over with so he could get the hell out of here. He wasn't much for sticking around in one place for too long. He wasn't worried about his match this week. They had him tag teaming with some guy in a mask who likes to jump around like a damn monkey on crack. That didn't matter as long as he didn't jump the wrong way. They were going against some team called the Yung Moon Dragons. What the hell was a Yung Moon Dragon? He would have googled it on his I-phone but, of course, he didn't have one. It blew up on him. Literally!
It never really mattered who he was going against or who he was teaming with. He went out with the same plan no matter what. Do what he can to inflict as much damage to wear his opponent down enough to pin him to the mat or beat him mercilessly until he gives up. Simple right? Only on paper. Nothing inside that ring was simple. At least not where he was concerned. Here it was just his third match in the WCF. He really had hoped to at least win one of his first two matches but it just didn't happen that way. This time he would do whatever he could do to work with his partner and gain that elusive first victory. Together they would slay the Yung Moon Dragons like the valiant warriors they would become.
In a way it was starting to worry that maybe he wasn't good enough and really didn't belong in the wrestling ring. Just like Bass Masters spoke about last week. Maybe that stupid fish was right after all. He would find out soon enough. If he didn't at least show some improvement then maybe it was time to move on to somewhere a little less competitive and try making it there before coming back to the big time. He would just have to see how things went.
