I have had many people ask what my status is as far as my shoulder is concerned, and whether I will be participating in this year's WAR.  I have spoken with my doctor at length about the injury, as this has been a plague on my existence for many years now.

I am pleased to report that I have been given the all-clear from my doctor to compete.  I will be at WAR.  Prepare; the war drums sound my arrival.
