Backstory:
Stephen Singh has always been extremely intelligent and entirely precocious. He graduated high school at 16 and dropped out of college not long after, shirking expectations and a full-ride scholarship to The University of Chicago. After dropping out, he started sticking his nose plenty of places it didn't belong. Every time he'd take up a new discipline or hobby, they'd chide him and do their best to discourage him verbally or physically but he remained steadfast. He'd take his lumps but he learned every new trade faster than anyone thought possible. In example, his first day at Roufussport MMA gym, he tried to roll with BJJ black belt Daniel Wanderlay who tapped the arrogant 19 year old post haste and mockingly dubbed him "Superstar." They didn't expect to see Singh back the next day wearing a t-shirt emblazoned with the moniker but there he was and there he'd be for a number of years after. Born and raised in a tiny Wisconsin town named Nekoosa, Singh had a complicated relationship with his family before cutting all times with them after euthanizing his own quadriplegic brother at the brother's request.
It remains unclear how he built what appears to be a small fortune. He touts himself as a totally self-made man who will "never return to the squalid soil from which he sprouted." He had always avoided alcohol and other substances for the stated purpose of maintaining peak physical condition but does have a challenging relationship with various vices. Still embracing at least one, he would frequently place bets with Byron, his bookie. He values success and intelligence above all else and does whatever it takes to achieve and preserve them both. Entering the WCF after a long hiatus from professional wrestling, he employs a personal assistant, Erica Baringer, to aid in day-to-day activities. Their relationship had become a physical one but they have not been on speaking terms since The Ultimate Showdown where Stephen won his first World Title. As that relationship soured, Stephen would lose the WCF World Title to John Rabid sending down a self-destructive path of alcohol, rage and isolation.
Singh would again find the motivation to clean up and re-focus when he and Gravedigger began their feud. The disagreement began when they both felt entitled to a World Title shot they weren't being given but became a much more personal vendetta when Gravedigger used Stephen Singh's own mother and childhood home to leave him battered and beaten. Singh would defeat Digger and earn the Final Destination briefcase at ONE where we also saw the first appearance of mysterious robed figures that began a series of violent attacks on WCF Superstars. Their first victim was the promising young talent Ethan King, whose leg they snapped and hasn't been seen in a WCF ring since. The robed figures would reveal themselves to be The Church of Singh, a tongue-in-cheek religion founded with Michael X and Saint Hayes preaching self-reliance, intellectualism, and success at any cost. In the intervening months, Singh has been locked in battle with Odin Balfore--both with and without the WCF World Title at stake--in blood feud for the ages that has seen the creation of a Fall of The Gods double scaffolding match as well as an unsanctioned New York Street Fight where both competitors were confined to wheelchairs.
The Rise of The Church of Singh was meteoric, holding the World Title, Hardcore Title, Television Title, and Tag Title at various times in their fairly brief existence in the WCF. After finishing second behind his own Dark Prophet, Michael X, at Ultimate Showdown, Singh would see his Church uneventfully fade to black in the following months. As The Golden God again had to begin finding direction in the Dub, his estranged mother Donna would show up and convince him to accept her as a manager. The brash, somewhat unhinged woman was feeble of body but not of mind and it was clear where Singh had learned many of his cheating ways. Oddly, Singh wasn't exactly been on the same page with new manager; he declared himself a "fighting champion" unnecessarily holding weekly hardcore title defenses and even condemning his mother's in-match interventions. His weekly defenses were cut short by a refocused DW Wolf claiming the Hardcore Title from him own.
From there, Singh would briefly join forces with The Guardians to battle a Balfore-concocted team at Hellimination. Once again thinking he may have found the right people to surround himself with, Singh let his guard down with the new stable and paid the price: the group attacked Singh and may have entirely destroyed his knee. The WCF would only learn of the extent of the injury a week later when Corey Black noted that it would keep Singh from competing indefinitely, likely requiring surgery. Stephen was quick to bend Corey's ear and the King of All Wrestlers saw an opportunity to share the prohibitive burden of running the WCF: he named Stephen Singh Interim General Manager...and Head of Concessions.

Appearance/attire:
Singh, despite his assumed last name, is a white, male with dirty blonde hair. His hair varies in styles from long and slightly scraggly to short and highly stylized. He's usually clean-shaven but will let his facial hair grow as he sees fit. He has a surprising number of disparate tattoos, indicating he may not have always been the picture of self-control and style he tries to present himself as. Outside the ring, he dresses for success: it's custom-tailored suits or other old-money trappings. Think muted tones, fitted vests, blazers, designer jeans, etc. In the ring he dons a pair of long, black tights with gold trim at the waist and a small stripe of the same color down either side. He usually wears one of his own t-shirts emblazoned with one of his catch phrases or monikers.
Entrance and music:
Supervillain Theme - Mad Villain
The gruff voice from the 80s sample announces "Cold getting dumb..." as the VeryBigTron flashes the words "YOUR GENERAL MANAGER" in a shimmering gold before being replaced by a gray-tinted montage of Stephen Singh brutalizing past opponents. The menacing beat of the Supervillain Theme by Mad Villain fills the arena, golden pyros form 5 ft high fountains across the stage, and "Superstar" Stephen Singh steps out with a scowl spread across his face. He pauses for a moment at the top of the stage, looking to the booing crowd with disgust where he's joined by the bouncing, babbling Rick Menaker bickering with the crowd at every step.
Kyle Steel: And introducing at this time...The Excellence of Elocution....The Shakespeare of Shoot...The Sure Thing....and YOUR General Manager....
As the gold fountains shrink back into the stage, The Superstar begins making his way down the ramp, snarling and angrily jawing with fans on the way. He finally gets to the ring stairs and stomps up them noisily, angrily before wiping his feet on the apron and stepping through the ropes.
Kyle Steel: THE SUPERSTAR STEPHEN SINGH!

Style (Technical, hardcore, brawler, powerhouse, high flying, etc.):
Heel Technician
Singh is an extremely gifted and polished grappler and submission artist but more often than not he's looking for the quickest, easiest way out possible. Previously, he'd be looking to break any rule he could to ensure victory but lately he's been looking to do it differently, to prove his merits. To that end we're seeing more reversals and grappling from Singh while still avoiding high-flying or top rope moves as best he can, always mitigating his risks in the ring.

Favorite Taunts:
Singh will shamelessly beg for mercy, pull a referee in the way, or stop to secure his boots, tights, etc. in order to gain an advantage in the match.
Singh ALWAYS takes a handshake if offered but never does so cleanly, always attacking the opponent. By the same coin, he'll never give a clean break.
Throughout the match, Singh will try to humiliate the opponent, rubbing their face in the mat like a dog or even spit on them while down.
