The scene opens with Captain WCF sitting at a table at the Tensuke Express Japanese restaurant, with a bowl of ramen in front of him. Several patrons stare over at the Captain as he prepares to eat his bowl of noodles, his bright red costume drawing their gaze. Captain WCF has arrived a couple of days early to prepare for his match at Slam, live from the Nationwide Arena. The Captain normally doesn't show up this early to the host city for events, but Captain WCF is determined to get his career back on track this week. A WCF cameraman sits directly across from the Captain, filming the scene as he prepares to eat his lunch.
Captain WCF: "Oh hello there WCF Galaxy, it been too long since I last see you!"
Captain WCF waves a little too excitedly at the camera, causing a few of the patrons to laugh.
Captain WCF: "Today I am in Tensuke Express in Columbus, Ohio eating my lunch before I go train hard for match I have Sunday!"
The Captain picks up his chopsticks and takes a bite of his noodles.
Captain WCF: "Mmm yes, this very good. This will be good training fuel for today to help me get ready for tough match!"
Captain WCF puts his chopsticks back down and an almost sad look is seen on the part of his face that shows through his mask.
Captain WCF: "The truth is the Captain didn't do so good in my last match. I didn't live up to high level of competitiveness that everyone knows Captain is capable of."
The Captain raises his arm, chopsticks still in hand.
Captain WCF: "But that change this week! I take on tough guy, Mike Grainger, and show him just why Captain WCF is still known as hero of the people!"
Captain WCF can no longer contain his excitement, as he stands up and strikes his hands on his hips hero pose, drawing a few more laughs from the unsure of what they're seeing restaurant goers.
Captain WCF: "You see, I know Mike Grainger comes from tough prison and he carry scary nunchucks to ring with him because he very scary!"
The Captain quickly punches the air in front of him, surprising the cameraman as he moves back a little with the motion.
Captain WCF: "But the Captain is scared of nothing! I been in ring with best wrestlers in WCF, and they even scarier than Mike Grainger!"
Captain WCF then does a jump kick, accidentally hitting his bowl of noodles and sending them flying towards the poor cameraman. This causes several of the restaurant patrons to erupt into laughter.
Captain WCF: "Oops, didn't mean to kick my lunch! But that bowl of noodles could easily have been Mike Grainger's head! I know how to defend myself with strong moves like that and I not afraid to use them!"
The Captain then trots over to his fallen noodles and begins to help an employee that has began to clean up his mess. The employee can't help but laugh as this red costumed wrestler takes the broom and dustpan from him and sweeps up his own mess. After finishing scooping up what was supposed to be his lunch and then mopping the floor, Captain WCF bows to the worker who bows back, in tears from laughing so hard after watching the Captain frantically cleaning. The Captain then once again turns towards the camera.
Captain WCF: "These last few weeks, I have made mess of my WCF career but I going to turn it around this week! I beat you, tough guy Mike Grainger, because you not as tough as Captain WCF! You don't have thousands of WCF fans cheering you on to get you back in match when they think you might be beat!"
One of the restaurant customers walks up to the Captain and gets a quick picture with him before he continues.
Captain WCF: "You see, fans love the Captain and they cheer me on every match to do my best! I going to give them the best Captain they ever see this weekend, no more messing around!"
Captain WCF does a few more martial arts moves but slips on the freshly mopped floor, accidentally bumping into an employee that was carrying a stack of bowls. The bowls go flying in every direction, even the cameraman is laughing uncontrollably now at this display.
Captain WCF: "Oh I so sorry, please let me help!"
The Captain bends down and helps the agitated but still laughing employee pick up all of the bowls. After completing this task, Captain WCF once again looks towards the camera.
Captain WCF: "The Captain is not perfect, but I give best effort I can in everything I do! That include wrestling, wrestling is my number one priority now that I here in the amazing WCF! I going to show great master super imperial overlord ruler of WCF, Sef Lich that he can put Captain WCF anywhere on the card and I can steal show!"
Captain WCF strikes his ultimate hero pose, all of the Tensuke Express patrons clap and cheer the Captain as he does so, loving every second of his shenanigans.
Captain WCF: "You see, Mike Grainger? Captain WCF is going to win on Sunday, all of these people know it and everyone else too!"
The Captain then runs out of the restaurant at full speed, leaving the cheers behind, the cameraman running behind him trying to keep up. Captain WCF runs all out for six blocks, stopping only because a crosswalk light showed the "do not cross" symbol. This gives the winded WCF cameraman time to catch up to the red costumed warrior, who stands patiently waiting for the light to change.
Captain WCF: "Unlike you Mike Grainger, the Captain is always moving forward. I beat you this week and then I beat the next opponent Sef Lich gives me. The Captain is back and I going to be better than ever, BANZAI!"
