So I've been at management training since Sunday and it's been sooooooo boring... I'm really been trying to get to my RP that I've been working on since Monday but it's tough with the socializing they want us to do after class. So I'm going to probably wind up doing something I don't normally do, which is post on Sunday. Sorry ZT, I'll try to get something up by Saturday but I can't make any promises.

No, seriously, good for you. I've been there, done that, regretted it, got pissed off, quit, made some statements, etc. It's a hard road, and most of "management training" has no clue how to manage anything, but I think you'll do good.

I've taken micro management classes and advanced leadership classes back in trade school (Job Corps) and the leadership classes are immensely valuable where the micro management classes were a waste of time.

Yeah this is my second time with the same company to go to management. I'm good with people and I'm good at thinking through things (problems and scenarios etc due to writing I believe.) I'm aiming higher this time around since I left it for my wife but now that she turned out to be a cheating whore lol I'm doing all of this for me and for my son. So I got a plan and a drive to keep pushing ahead and I have it in good with our market manager. So gotta keep my eyes on the prize.
