Well folks, as promised, to break up the monotony of IC RP'ing, 'Net Boards, Storylines, etc. It's time to have fun again!
Now, this list is just off the top of my head from the 30+ years of pro wrestling I've watched.. And, the list is long, but I tried to 'capture' the worst gimmicks.. (Now, some gimmicks I did leave off just to not make the list any longer..)
Have fun, and comment if you 'choose' another gimmick!
Ryan (The Baron)

Fun fact: Chris Jericho was asked to be the goon. He turned it down. Best decision of his career.

The shock master will live on in infamy forever
The gobbledegooker was the worst disappointment of my childhood. I remember waiting for that damn egg to hatch, not knowing what was gonna happen and then I had to witness mene gene okerlund sprain his ankle running across the ring.
I'd take naked mideon over the gobbledegooker any day.

Yea, it's bad that Terry Taylor was a road agent after he left WCW and he became the 'Gooker for a short time (I think I'm right on that... ) But, anyways...they still turned Terry Taylor into the Red Rooster. Another horrible gimmick... But, 'Wild' Bill Irwin as The Goon...I was pissed, because he was a bad-ass in WCCW, and other NWA territories.. Notorious for strap matches, etc.

Dusty's Uncle Fred (WWF's Tugboat,) and he tumbles over...and Ole Anderson is off screen as Shock master's voice...lol) I remember Cole (Booker T) saying on live TV say, 'who is this motherfucker?' and Bulldog saying, 'He fell flat on his arse!' Best botch ever... For me, it was between Shockmaster, and Ron Studd's The Yeti.. What an addition to Dungeon of Doom lmfao

Remember goldusts gimmick in wcw that they hyped for months..that never fucking happen? Yea, Seven. They dumped the gimmick because his promo vignettes saw him outside the windows of kids and families. So, WCW dumped it because it could be construed he was playing a 'child abductor.' But, what about his gimmik in TNA, Black Reign? lol He tagged with RelliK (Killer spelled backwards.) That gimmick went well, huh? lol

Yeah, Chavo Gurrero playing an upper middle class gated community'white guy' with the catch phrase 'If it aint white, it aint right.'
NOT one of Vince McMahon's smarter decisions.

I'm a bit disappointed Mordecai flopped. The concept was interesting, but the execution...eeeeeehh...

Figured I'd put the picture of Mantaur with the costume. Can't blame WCW for this one though. Not exactly a wrestler but wrestling related would be an honorable mention to Tim White killing himself for weeks in 2005/2006. www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLE2BAD7407573EBDD
