Vs.
The SUPERKICK
An all out war for domination
Ultimate Showdown had arrived. One of the biggest events in modern day wrestling, which contains the most intriguing and exciting match; The Ultimate Showdown. A battle of champions trying to advance their credibility or in some cases, keep their precious gold around their waist.’
Mikey was not invited. Instead, he was rudely turned away by the selfishness of one Henry Spearman. If it wasn’t for Henry Spearman getting himself involved with the massive superkick attached to Mikey’s leg than Mikey would have picked up the very important victory.
And in the process he would have entered himself into Showdown.
Mikey was down but he was not out. He knew he deserved to win that match but instead he gets to take on Henry Spearman to avenge this loss.
mikey extreme: Is it fair?
Mikey wasn’t entirely sure where he was going with this train of thought, but he knew the right words would flow out.
mikey extreme: Is it fair that I have to take on the same man that cost me my shot at cashing in the television championship for a shot at becoming the World Champion, and thus, becoming the best wrestler this company has to offer?
Mikey pauses as the anger fills up his eyes.
mikey extreme: And where do I find myself? I have to prove that my superkick is superior to the spear?
Well, here's the thing. It's the man that makes the move, not the other way around. The super kick does not define Mikey eXtreme, Mikey eXtreme delivers the most vicious super kick in WCF history.
But the Dub thinks it's necessary for me to show the world the value of the superkick and that's just what I'll do. Henry Spearman apparently can really deliver a spear, man.
So much so that his spear was not enough to win MY match last week at Slam. That's right, his mighty spear was a joke. My superkick ended that match, and I should have been victorious.
Does Spearman think he is better than me?
Mikey laughed as he rose to his feet. He was poolside at some cheap motel. Vidalia was sunbathing on a chair while Freakshow stood in the shade on the other side of the property.
mikey extreme: Does Spearman think that he somehow has the edge coming into this match? Does he think that somehow his spear is better than anything that I have to offer?
Surely he cannot be that insane.
Spearman is nothing to me. He is a joke, a mere match filler. I have no respect for him and I don't care if he has any respect for me. He got lucky to even be considered for a shot at the TV title last week and now he gets the unlucky misfortune of stepping inside my ring to do battle with the King.
This match has only one ending. Only one possible outcome.
This match ends with my boot connecting with Spearman’s face. Spearman's face connecting with the mat. My hand connecting with victory.
Mikey knocks some brat into the pool as he heads back towards his room.
mikey extreme: I should be earning a world title but instead I am bringing a superkick to the face of Henry Spearman. This is pathetic. This is a waste of pure talent.
But that's fine, that world title belt is gonna look fine around Ol’ Z. I'll grab it eventually, when the time is right. When there isn't some moron that desperately needs to eat a superkick. When the WCF finally realizes it is wasting the talent of greatest competitor that has ever graced that ring.
My time will come.
But sadly, Spearman's time has come to an end.
The scene fades.
The Lost Files
The scene opens with Hank Brown in deep conversation with Mikey eXtreme.
hank brown: Are you serious? You're going to blame Spearman for that loss?
mikey extreme: Well, I certainly didn't lose, Hank.
hank brown: Yes, But your team lost so you pretty much lost.
mikey extreme: I did not lose, Hank. I was a victim of an unjust system.
hank brown: it was a fair match. You had every opportunity to advance but your team lost and that's that.
mikey extreme: Open your eyes, Hank. You're just seeing what they want you to see. You're a puppet.
hank brown: I watched you lose fair and square.
Mikey exhaled violently.
mikey extreme: You're insane.
hank brown: I’m insane?!
Mikey was fuming.
mikey extreme: What I do to Spearman is on you Hank!
Mikey storms off as the scene fades.
