The scene opens up.
You see X sitting in the waiting room where he has to be because they won’t let him see TVO. He is thinking what is about to transpire in a few days here are his thoughts.
X: (thoughts) This is some crazy shit that is going to take place. Am I ready for this next step in my career? Will someone help me out or will I do this alone. I could call one of my boys from the past but do I want to bother them? What to do. Is Boone going to make it out? A 15 ft high steel cage with the tag champions! What the fuck am I doing? Why am I going to go along with this match? Once that cage locks there is no going back. Hell once I walk down to the ring that’s it. What if I end up like TVO? How will I support my family? My little girl needs me to survive. What fans I have are counting on me to do this. I should have been there at ring side and none of this would have happened. No I was caught up in the moment of going after my own goal of becoming the WCF Champion. How cool would that have been? Right now we could have the WCF title on our lap, kids would come up to you and say thank you for being their role model instead you are nothing.
X then turns his head to the right and spots something.
X: (thoughts) Shit look at the tits on here, not a bad ass too! Should I walk over there and get her number? Fuck I have a wife what am I thinking. God I am an asshole sometimes. X gets up and walks to vending machine. He scrolls through some items and see’s nothing but shit. Puts 60 cents into the machine and pushes E2 the item then drops and he reaches down to get. The nurse that he was starring at walks over and begins searching for something to eat. She begins to speak.
Nurse: Nice choice. Generic and always good no matter what!
X: That’s the way I like it plain.
Nurse: Plain is good.
X: So have you been here long?
Nurse: Almost done here.
X: What you have plan when you get out? Hungry for some real food?
Nurse: I could always eat. I know where there is decent place right around the corner. I’m sure you don’t want to go too far. You hear visiting someone?
X: Yeah TVO. He is wrestler and one of my good friends. He is in a coma. Not doing to well.
Nurse: Yeah I am the nurse assigned to his room. His back and head are pretty messed up. He has 2 of the best doctors in the state looking after him.
X: That’s what I was told. How about you go get changed and meet me here in 20?
Nurse: Sounds good.
X watches here walk off as he leans up against the wall looking down the hallway.
X: (thoughts) Damn that’s a nice ass.
She looks back and waves and gives a smile, as he gives a smile and a wave too.
X: (thoughts) God I’m glad that bought these plain m and m. Put these in my pocket and save them for later. Should I read the news paper or not? Nah, fucking boring as hell. Wonder if TVO is going to get better. I have never seen him in this condition before. He has been laid out before but I think this is the straw that finally did it. I fucking told him to take it easy. That stupid mother fucker doesn’t ever listen to me. He pisses me off sometimes. I need to get the fuck out of here. Been here all day it takes a toll on your mind. What happens here stays here is my motto for the night. I need to get laid to take my mind off of all of this shit.
