G1 CLIMAX-UU 26 (spoilers for nights 1 +2)

So this summer I decided to try my luck at watching every single G1 tournament this year, my first G1, and I gotta say, I'm very excited for what's to come. For those that aren't aware, the G1 Climax is New Japan's big yearly tournament. It's round robin, like the Best of the Super Juniors, and there's 20 guys in it. Winner gets an IWGP Title Shot at Wrestle Kingdom 11.

First two nights are down and holy hell, the upsets. SOOOOOO many upset victories to start off, which is great! Obviously I don't expect the WHOLE tournament like this, but it is nice to see all the guys picking up wins and possibly setting up future title shots.

My favorite matches so far have been Tomohiro Ishii vs. Hiroyoshi Tenzan and Hiroshi Tanahashi vs. SANADA from Night One, then Michael Elgin vs. EVIL and Honma vs. Katsuyori Shibata from Night Two. (Seriously I could make a whole thread just for how fucking AWESOME Katsuyori Shibata is.)

Any others checking the tourney out? Any thoughts on it?

I'm super behind because of all the goddamn wrestling there is, I REALLY want to watch all of Sanada's matches. I know some of the Night 2 results and couldn't believe all the upsets.
