Slam: Best ONE RP counts towards match

PPV: Best TWO RPs count towards match

WHC Match: BEST THREE RPs count towards match

****No reason for me to throw that out there, but only for a helpful reminder.

****Multiple RPs can be done, but the best qualified RP or RPs are only ones considered. 3 hours minimum between RPs.

TV Title is always 1, Hardcore Title is always unlimited. US Title is 1 on Slam, 2 for PPV. It's probably too confusing and I should change things up somehow soon.

It's more uniform, and easily remembered about the limits.
