Your Name:
Not Ted. What gave you that idea?
Wrestler's name:
Teo Blaze
Gimmick:
Teddy Blaze is my third and first character. The original story is that Teddy Blaze couldn't cut it as a wrestler, but was reborn as fan favorite Luchador Teo del Sol. After wowing crowds and setting records as the People's Champion, he was shaken to his core after Mexico.
Since then, he has reverted to his pre-luchador days, taking up a much more aggressive persona and believing that it is his mission to reinvigorate WCF by pushing the roster as hard as possible. He wants to beat people up and eliminate the weak links because he believes that's why WCF almost died in the first place, but he still retains alot of his fan-favorite base, refusing to cheat or use weapons unless the other guy does it first, seeing it both as dishonorable and a sign of weakness.
He doesn't seem to mind losing matches, as being beaten means that WCF is growing stronger. This isn't to say he will no-sell your beating him or that he doesn't want to win, but he's not the kind of person who will throw tantrums if he loses.
As of this writing, he has dived back into his king of all media Persona, and is obsessed with putting on the best show possible.
(more on this later)
Height/weight:
6'0, 195 pounds
Hometown:
Houston Texas
Alignment (Face/heel/neutral):
Neutral Face. Honorable in the ring though, almost never cheats. Also can be somewhat merciless.
Appearance/attire:
Short Brown hair, blood red glasses (see avatar), slightly scarred appearance. He wrestles in dark black jeans with gold flames on the sides and taped fists. During his entrance he wears a dark red Edge-Style coat.
Entrance and music: The Phoenix, Fall Out Boy
The Crowd explodes as a pounding drum beat tears throughout the arena, signalling the arrival of the one and only Teo Blaze! The lights drop, enveloping the arena in darkness as they turn towards the entrance ramp. His new signature song, "The Phoenix" playing throughout the arena.
With a crescendo and a burst of flame, Teo del Sol springs onto the entrance ramp, a look of utter twisted delight covering his face. The audience roars as he holds his arms out and bathing momentarily in the applause before heading towards the ramp with a sprint, twirling his King of All Media scepter in his right hand.
He makes a lap around the side of the ring high fiving the fans along the way. He even stops to hand a pair of glasses to a young fan in the front row. The former luchador wears a happy grin as he rolls between the ropes, staring out into the arena explodint with appreciative applause before shrugging nonchalantly and walking to the turnbuckle.
He holds his arms over his head and yells out a cry, which the fans all join in on, eliciting a cheer from the audience as the music reaches its crescendo. Just as the lyrics hit their zenith, he stands atop the turnbuckle and tosses his scepter to the ringside crew, waiting happily for his opponent.
Style (Technical, hardcore, brawler, powerhouse, high flying, etc.):
Essentially a high flyer, although very aggressively so. If I had to place a similar style, think Bullet Club AJ. Loves to throw kicks and to showboat.
Favorite Moves (At least 5):
Roundhouse Kick
Flying Crossbody
Tornado DDT
Elbow Strikes to the Face
Slingshot anything
Trademark move and description:
Blazing Knee: It's the Kinshasa essentially lol. Treat it accordingly
Finisher and description:
The Habanero High Dive: A remnant of Teo del Sol, it' a slingshot body splash from the apron, with a particularly high height. This move is rarely kicked out of, but fairly easily countered due to the long time it takes to set it up.
Manager? If so, name and description: nah.
