Varg Vikernes is a crazy mother fucker, guys. He has a youtube channel where I get a lot of inspiration for Dag. This video he posted recently... It's uh, it's a real gem. Not sure how else to explain it.

After watching/reading this, I don't feel so bad about surviving what my time in service threw at me so much.
I have tremendous amounts of survivors guilt, because I saw men I served with fall and leave behind wives and children who will never see their husband or father again. Meanwhile, I spent most of my career single, getting divorced, and without children. It still bothers me, but now I kind of understand this from an ancient perspective. And now I understand why certain demographics have started to pursue me after my time in service, though it still creeps me out because of their age.
This also makes sense as to why my grandfather managed to land my grandmother, despite their 23 year age difference. May also be a major reason why most men tend to marry younger women.
Now to wait for the other shoe to drop...

And the other shoe dropped. I read up on Varg, and WOW!!! I can see how much of an influence he is on Dag Riddik.
Batshit insane is just... I don't know... Is there something stronger than batshit insane?
