Some of you keep thinking WCF is on the level of WWE, but we are not even on TNA or ROH level right now. We are like ECW back in early 90's. We wrestle in one building except for Big Shows. We don't have video games. We have crazy loyal fans, stale beer and nachos. I'll give you a few pics of what WCF is like right now. I'm WCF 4 Life so don't take this wrong. Treat this place like it should be treated, some of us have been here a very long time. Love it.

I get what you're saying we are more indy than anything. What point do we decide to "grow"? This is a virtual space so I'm curious if there is a desire to do so or if we will always keep our indy status?

Everybody is likely welcome to their own interpretation of how big WCF is. Before last month I'd say WCF was the dominant fed in the sport in a reality where wrestling was still mega popular in America. Now, the company is still a big deal, it's just "whatever happened in Mexico" hurt the company so bad financially it forced Seth to scale back for a while. That's my head-canon at least. I doubt anyone's pov of WCF's place in the cultural landscape is going to affect how Seth judges role plays.

I talked to Seth about this recently. With everything going on now, yes the WCF is an indy fed. I like the concept, as we can show it growing back up. We're just another countless indy fed, but we were once TNA level... We'll get back to it soon.

For an Indie Fed, Seth must have won the lottery recently to pay some people's contract lol. I'm really enjoying the vibe of everyone here So indie or big time it doesn't matter to me as long as i have fun writing with other people.

We are eternal, we are united. We have a fifteen year history and we do not let ourselves fall so easily.
We fall, we stumble, we even break. But we pick ourselves back up and we carry the load for those who brought it this far already.
And we do it because whether we're in a high school gymnasium or Madison square garden, we are the best in the world at what we do.
Big. Small. We're the ones with the fun.

I feel like after Mexico, we kind of went to ECW level. We're known nationwide, but we're like 3rd to WWF and WCW. Still got a TV contract, but instead of being on prime time, we're now in the graveyard time slots.
At least we're not filming in Orlando Studios. Because if we were, we would not have the pseudo-indy vibe we have right now. Still got a few big names floating around associated with the WCF during its "big time" status, so we're not in the toilet. But we are rebuilding.
Okay, so most people feel the same way, too...

I plan on touring nationally again after Blast. There was an angle I did a few years ago where I took us all the way back down to ECW level, but I wouldn't consider us there at the moment, myself - I'd say closer to TNA level at the height of their popularity at the moment. More popular than that, really, but that's the closest I could get - maybe WCW towards the end.
After Blast I'd imagine we'd be viewed as slightly bigger than that; probably WCW 99 levels at the least, as opposed to WCW 01 right now.

What upset me was that when WWF, WCW, and ECW was going, I had 4 nights a week where I could watch wrestling, and it was AWESOME!!! Then WWF bought out WCW, ECW lost their contract on TNN, and it was only on for 2 nights a week. That was about the time where I think I started to really lose my love of professional wrestling. True story.
