Ok lets play a game. We are booking wrestlemania. You can use wrestlers from any time starting in 1980. All wrestlers are assumed to be in their prime, if you want to specify a specific time frame that you are picking from go for it.
We will build a card together as a fed. Each poster can post ONE match. We will start with the main event. Each poster will post what they think the main event should be. Each match will be open to book for one hour. After one hour posts will stop and the match with the most likes will be the main event. I'll update this post and we will move on to the next match. Wrestlers can not appear on the card twice so once they're booked they are unavailable. I will make the first reply to this post as an example of how it should look.
Let's see if we can book an entire ten match show

Winner - Edge and Christian: Edge by placing a table on top of the third rope and jumping on top of the ladder to knock Daniel Bryan off the ring and grabbing the belt!

OK, I'll cover the angle side also.
Main event would be Steve Austin (at peak, badass Stone Cold) versus Hulk Hogan (at peak, All American good guy). Storyline is easy - Hogan accuses Austin of being a bad role model, Austin accuses Hogan of being a fake. Hogan would destroy Austin but he'd kick out of several leg drops so Hogan, contrary to his babyface reputation, grabs a chair to use on Austin. When he goes to wield it, Austin catches him with a Stunner - 1, 2, 3. Afterwards, they show mutual respect.

Main Event: Shawn Michaels vs AJ Styles in an iron-man match. Make it an hour if we're unlimited, 40 minutes otherwise.
Result: Shawn pins AJ with 1 second left to tie the series 1-1 after failing to hit the sweet chin music for half an hour. AJ got his first win via count-out after Bullet Club disables Shawn early, thus leading to them getting thrown out.
Shawn then wins in overtime after sweet chin musicing AJ midair, Benjamin style.

Christy Hemme wins via pillow. (Hemme is undefeated in lingerie pillow fights so it would be impressive to keep the streak alive)
Match length: 1 hour.

When you hit the Create Thread button, to the right of the Subject line field there is another button that reads Add Poll. Hit that and a new screen pops up letting you post the question and options. |

Sorry to sound like a mark but HBK/Styles as a dream WM main event? It's an IC Title match at best. Work rate and technical quality, probably but drama, spectacle and draw power, no way.
Maybe I'm biased because I became a wrestling fan through the characters like Hogan, Warrior and Undertaker and the likes of Austin and Rock reignited my interest as a teenager. Now we see top wrestling matches each week but I could barely care less about the product. Don't get me wrong - I enjoy technical wrestling but I would much prefer an average quality match with huge heat and story than a 5* bout that's just about wrestling.

I still say it should happen on the card lol. I was suggesting it as the main event pretty much for yucks, wasn't even a title match lol!
I'm going to suggest it again if this gets revamped though!
