(TV and Computer screens across the world watching the WCF across the world go static for several moments. After about 20 seconds or so, they come back on to a black screen with just one candle light flickering in the middle, but its very feint. A deep eerie cackling can be heard that lasts for about 20 seconds before you hear a mans voice speak)
